my eperience with all the people at braman jupiter was fabulous. It was the best experience i ever had in purchasing a car. From the time i went on the internet to the time i drove out of the showroom, everyone i came in contact had one goal in mind-offer exceptional customer service. Catherine and Tracy were great. Tracy was patient, answered every question, spent time on the test drive and has even followed up after the purchase. Mike was great, fair and made things happen. I entered the showroom at 3.30 - traded in my old car, got insurance on the new car and drove off with it at 7.30. great people, great dealership, great experience

my first encounter was with Cathryn by phone and she was very informative. She made me feel special by reserving a vehicle for me even though others were interested. Jimmy was the just icing on the cake. He was very nice any showed me everything about the vehicle. He made it easy for me to spend $ 54,000 dollars on a car. I would definitely recommend working with him again in the future.

My Review of Braman BMW Jupiter:
The entire experience was what buying a car should be. I was not pressured at all. Cathryn worked to find me the car that I wanted. I was treated honestly and fairly throughout the entire process.

Steven Lee is a fantastic salesman. He spent four hours with me arranging my insurance, renewing my expiring registration which he did on his own. He even drove me to another dealership to return my previously leased car. He taught me how to use Steptronic on the highway , and was patient with me as he explained and set up all the features including sattellite radio, BMW assist and Bluetooth pairing.

I looked at many cars and many dealerships and felt like Braman Jupiter really treats the customer differently. Steven and Cathryn are looking to build longer customer relationships with their clients. It is clear that the service doesn't stop with the sale. I highly recommend making the drive to Braman Jupiter over other dealerships in the area. You will get the personal attention you deserve and the best car you can drive on the road today.

My Review of Braman BMW Jupiter:
Given that I reside in Pa, I learned of this dealership via the internet and was initially hesitant to consider a vehicle purchase from a dealership as far away as Florida. However, Steven Lee with Braman Motorcar went to great lengths to work with me over the phone and via e-mail in answering questions about the vehicle. Phillip Roe was very helpful in final price negotiation and Marlin Randle greatly facilitated paperwork processing. Steven Lee was courteous enough to pick me up at the airport and provide a 20 minute ride to the dealership. Steven was in every way above and beyond in all professional courtesies and made the viewing of the vehicle and pick up process a very relaxing and efficient experience. In the end, the vehicle was as-advertised (options, features, etc) and in very nice condition. My wife and I are very pleased with this vehicle purchasing experience and very thankful to the staff at Braman Motorcars.

Without any doubts this has been by far my best experience with a car dealer. From the first contact by phone with Cathryn Winschel, to the last minute I spent at Braman Motorcars Jupiter with Steve Lee my Client Advisor, Michael Trapasso the General Sales Manager, and Marlin Randle the Finance Coordinator, I can only say I was trated in a way I have never been. All the staff at this dealership deserves my admiration and gratitude for their proffesionalism and kindness.
I can not say but great things about this dealership and I will for sure recommend it to all my friends.
I will gladly travel again from my home in Miami to Jupiter (1 1/2 hours) next time me or any one at home plans on buying or leasing a new or used car.
Once again, this has been my best experience ever, congratulation to Braman Motorcars Jupiter for doing business the way they do.

Very Professional, wanted to make a deal and did everything they could to make it happen. I appreciate it. When it was all said and done, this location made up for the bad experience I had at another location. They took good care of me when I came in today to get the headlight fixed, I think I'm spoiled now!! Great job.... Great team the three of these individuals make!
