Cecil Bolling at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall

I had bought a car in the past from another dealership.......I swore I would never buy another car from any dealership ever again. Jeff Wyler Eastgate changed my opinion of that from now on. I had nothing but friendly, warm reception from the start. All employees helped me from the beginning with nothing but the mindset "How can we help you and we will do whatever to get this car!" My credit is fine but with such a bad experience in the past, I was really hesitant going to the dealership. From the moment I arrived, Chris greeted me and escorted me to Samir. I felt very comfortable and I was treated like family. I have nothing negative or bad to say. By the end of the evening, I drove my new car home. Before I drove my car, Samir educated myself on the car. Tim in financing was so much fun too. Explained every form that I signed. I left there with no questions and a big grin on my face! Hello! I just bought my very first new car ever!!!! Thank you guys for all you help!!!

I worked with several Wyler representatives during my search for the "right car." Wow, the entire team took such good care of me! I drove several Nissan models including Altima and Sentra. The team knew the product and was able to describe features and pricing. Most importantly, they listened to me and took time to understand my needs. This dealership has an incredible team who act with professionalism and courtesy. I felt that I was treated with respect and fairness every step of the way. I am so happy with my final decision on a Nissan Altima - it is the perfect car for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car purchase. Excellent service...superior sales / finance team....quality product. Highly recommended.

My experience with Jeff Wyler Mazda was great. The response to internet queries was quick and when time came to meet with Joe he was very friendly and informative. It was obvious Joe had a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge about the Mazda I purchased. Overall a very positive experience.

I am so happy that I bought my car at Jeff Wyler Mazda in Eastgate. I loved Joe Comer, Cecil Bolling, and Tim Spradlin. I would give them all a 20 score if it was available. I went to many dealerships and I am so happy that I chose this place. Everything was so smooth. They explained everything to me and I was extremely happy with the service and the car. I will reccomend Joe Comer and the Jeff Wyler staff to anyone that I know that is looking for a car. Thank you for making my purchase so easy.

If someone wanted to buy a car and did not know where to start, I would suggest for them to go to Jeff Wyler Auto Mall. When they arrive there he or she should ask for Steve Swaynie. This sales associate is the total package when it comes to helping someone find a car that is ideal. Also, with guys like Cecil Bolling and Cedric Glover, I can't understand why anyone would go anywhere else. All I can say is that these guys go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is satisfied and gets what he or she came for. Thanks guys.

Cecil was very honest and got back to me in email quickly. Kraig was great in selling me the car. I would gladly work with both again and recommend them. I will also be coming back in the future for new cars!! I found the whole process very fast and painless!!

I recently leased a 2011 Kia Soul from Steve Swaynie. I am so happy with my car and my experience at Jeff Wyer Eastgate. Steve was very helpful and I would highly recommend him. You are luck to have such a great employee. Joe Conner was very nice and helpful as well.

Jeff Wyler is to be complimented on the quality of his staff. The ones I dealt with were all very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I phoned the dealership first and was pleased to have the phone answered immediately and then to be quickly connected with a salesperson. Dealing with people like Brian, Cecil and Tim made what can be an unnerving experience into a very professional encounter. I was given all the information and assistance that I required.
