My Review of Bennett Chevrolet:
NEW REVIEW:
After my old review was read by the GM, he personally contacted me and tried everything in his power to assist me and get me a vehicle. I recommend this dealer, however, they are somewhat limited on the sub-prime banks they use, so if you have a lower than average credit score, I wouldn't recommend using them. However, they do have a good supply of vehicle choices, mainly American manufacturers, so if you prefer or like foreign, you may want to choose another location for your purchase, but this dealer is pretty good in my opinion.

OLD REVIEW:
They took one look at my credit and blew me off, fed me lies, submitting me to banks that I'd already ben CHARGED OFF FROM!!! Andrew Long was a sweetheart, but he could've been more honest with me after going to the sales desk and the finance mgrs. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and I work on the internet, and will bad-mouth them on twitter, facebook, in the media, word of mouth and every single other chance I get because of this. This was my third time visiting this dealership within the past 1.5 years, NEVER again.

My Review of Bennett Chevrolet:
I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Ryan was very low pressure and didn't try to sell me a car with more options then I needed. They were very up front about all incentives including dealer incentives from manufacturer. The other thing is they do zero of those bogus dealer installed options. There was some confusion with which rebates were included in their no hassel price so when we negotiated the final price I thought they had agreed to sell it at a lower price then what ended up on the final paper work. It had been a long day having been at a lousy dealership earlier in the day so it wasn't until I got home and studied the papers that I noticed the difference. I went back to the dealer 2 days later and told Ryan my concern and went over the numbers with him. Ryan had me talk to the general manager who explained the no hassle price. I stated that I didn't feel that one of the rebates was properly explained as part the the discount I was being quoted so I thought we agreed to a price that was further under the MSRP then what ended up on the final paper work. The general manager did not want me to leave being an unhappy customer do he decided that they would rip up the original contract and give me 100% of the money I thought I had overpaided. That is great customer service. I will be back.

My Review of Bennett Chevrolet:
My wife and I arrived and were promptly met and assisted by Jim. Jim introduced himself and said that he had another appointment, so he asked us if his colleague Mark Hendricks could help us and we accepted the offer. Mark was very patient with us as we looked over various vehicles while trying to make the right decision. When it was time to do business, Mark was no-frills, took our negotiations seriously and promptly closed the deal with the help of his sales manager. We had pre-approved financing, but Mark and the dealership were able to secure a lower rate than our credit union. When it was time to do paperwork, the deladership extended the courtesy of a coupon and got us an even lower rate because of our good credit. Mark ensured that we knew everything we needed to know about the new vehicle before we left the lot. Bennett Chevrolet had a good vehicle selection, friendly sales staff and valued our business. I would return again to Bennett Chevrolet.

We have bought our last three vehicles from Bennett and have always had a good experience. We do not look forward to buying cars but return here because we have always gotten a good selection in our price range. No pressure, just helpful service. We bought our last car from "the new guy", Nolan. He was terrific! Tell him Becky and Tim Greene sent you and we can take advantage of another great offer (other than the cash for clunkers-equally great): send someone to your salesman and if they buy a car from him you get your payemnt made for you....can't beat that!

My Review of Bennett Chevrolet:
I had used this dealer in the past for service for my own car at the recommendation of a member of my family. I live about an hour away but found that Bennett's service department was far superior to those in my area for friendliness, courtesy, appointments on time and quality of work. My parents needed a new car so I drove down to take them to Bennett and was just as satisfied with the sales department. We chose to lease a new car and the entire experience was amazing. The pricing philosophy of no-haggling was very welcome and I knew that the price of the car was fair as I had already researched it. The process of finding a lease agreement that met my parents needs was handled in a friendly, respectful and professional manner and we were more than pleased with the results. The car is fabulous and we drove it home with complete peace of mind knowing that we were spared the hassle of running around to different dealers to try and find the best price. And my parents now have a relationship with a wonderful service department. Bennett Chevrolet is second to none other.

GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! EVERYONE THERE IS SOO NICE. I PURCHASED A NEW TAHOE THER AFTER I HAD SHOPPED AT LEAST 5 OTHER DEALERS. BENNETT CHEVROLET WAS THE ONLY DEALER OFFERING 0% ON ALL 2008 MODELS. I SAVED $70.00 A MONTH OVER THE THE BEST PRICE I HAD RECEIVED. I WILL SEND ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO BENNETT.

There pricing was awesome. They sold me a New Chevy Truck for $1000 below Invoice, and I still got the rebates. They must be loosing money. The owner told me they want to be the Number 1 Chevy Dealer in NJ, so they are willing to take a loss on each new car to do so.
