John was amazing!!! He was knowledgeable and helpful with different car options for me to consider. He made me feel comfortable and not over whelmed by the process of buying a new car, unlike my previous experienced in the past. At the close of my lease, he took the time and help me with programming the car phone and went through all the new car operating components. He was open and easy to talk to, I will recommend him to others who are considering buying a car. Truly a one of kind individual.


Cecil, was fast efficient and a pleasure to work with. I no sooner sat down and we were able to process the paper work and have all my questions answered. I wish all dealers had people like Cecil, who understand the importance of processing paperwork so quickly and efficiently. Great job Cecil your a star!!!

We got in touch with John Kelch when it was time to return our leased 2010 Nissan Altima and we were looking to upsize to a new Pathfinder. John was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process simpler than we could've imagined - fast, informative, within our budget, and flat out great customer service. We were in the lot with our old car and out of the lot with our new car in under a couple hours, but never felt rushed, pressured, or in a hurry, even though it was at the end of the day before a holiday. We love our new Pathfinder and will definitely recommend others to Campbell Nelson and John Kelch.

My wife Amy was the first to go to this dealer to check out used and new Pathfinders. John Kelch provided some helpful info and she drove a few different years to find the right fit. After trying out some competing models, we got serious about negotiating on the new model. John was friendly and open to giving us time to drive the car again and continue our exploration. Upon our third visit, we asked John more questions about the car and this time started to engage around pricing/financing options. John spent a good deal of time with us and helped us to get comfortable with the various options. He was very personable, professional, and forthcoming and he never pressured us. In fact, we appreciated his sense of humor as we tussled with the decision. After having purchased a car from John, we both feel like we made the right choice and his support was a huge plus. We also worked with Cecil on the paperwork end and he provided some helpful counsel as we weighed options for extended warranties. In the end, Amy and I have both bought a handful of cars and this experience really was the best all around. I will highly recommend them to any of our friends, acquaintances, and colleagues who are looking for a car.

Just leased a 2012 LEAF SL . This is the first time I have leased a car and the process went really smoothly and I feel I got a great deal. I would definately recommend this Nissan dealer!

I had a wonderful experience at Campbell Nelson working with Larry Camp. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I appreciated the low pressure sales effort. They had what I wanted, worked with my needs for additional requirements under a time constraint then made it all happen.
I was impressed with my sales associate, Mr. Larry Camp. He knew his stuff and had answers or where to get them. I would recommend him to friends or family.
It was pleasant to have the owner of the company, Bob Campbel, stop byl to thank me for my business.

Wow.. First I want to say that a big part of my decission to contact Campbell Nelson and Ray Ishak was the large number of positive reviews online. Even though another Nissan dealer is closer to me, I still went to Campbell Nelson and I am so Glad I did. From the 1st contact and through out the whole process until I took delivery, it was just amazing comapred to my previous car purchases. No hassle, a wealth of information and most important was the respect. As a single Mom, I am weary of sales tactics. With Ray, I was at complete ease. I love my car and will be recommending Ray Ishak to everybody.

JOHN WAS THE REASON FOR ME BUYING A 2012 NISSAN ROUGE. HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD CONSIDER JOHN TO BE ONE OF THE FEW REMAINING "GOOD OL' BOYS" LEFT AROUND. YOU DON'T FIND THESE QUALITIES VERY OFTEN AND IT WAS GOOD TO TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

Our experience with Kat Byrd during our new car purchase was fantastic. Down to earth, honest, genuine and friendly, Kat was never pushy nor did we ever feel pressured to purchase the vehicle we were considering. Her patience with us was greatly appreciated, even after multiple visits to the dealership over the course of several weeks as we mulled over our decision.
