Jacob and Cedric were very professional and courteous. Once the car I wanted was delivered to the dealership, the trade-in and financing process went over quick and easy and I had my new car in less than an hour.

I just wanted to say i had a great experience and Cedric was very helpful. Mike and Jake worked very hard to get me the car that i wanted even though i had to make several trips to the dealership, because i was very picky and had to have everything. They did a great job and were very helpful!!

I was a first time buyer, it certainly won't be my last purchase at Jeff Wyler Chevy. I had visited 5 previous dealerships before contacting Jeff Wyler Chevy eastgate to say I'm a picky buyer is an understatement. Troy Mchenry was my salesperson and I can't compliment his patience and dedication enough in finding me exactly what I wanted in a truck, great service after the sale also to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Thanks also to the Manager Cedric for all of his assistance in making the deal happen, I love my Chevy Silverado

If someone wanted to buy a car and did not know where to start, I would suggest for them to go to Jeff Wyler Auto Mall. When they arrive there he or she should ask for Steve Swaynie. This sales associate is the total package when it comes to helping someone find a car that is ideal. Also, with guys like Cecil Bolling and Cedric Glover, I can't understand why anyone would go anywhere else. All I can say is that these guys go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is satisfied and gets what he or she came for. Thanks guys.

My experience at Jeff Wyler was top-notch. Everyone, especially Greg and Cedric, was attentive to my needs. They listened to what I wanted instead of assuming they knew. This is my third vehicle from Jeff Wyler, which speaks to just how highly I think of this dealership. I have two sets of friends who I referred to Cedric and his team; they also purchased vehicles from Jeff Wyler. They went above and beyond to make sure I spent time testing the vehicles I was considering, answering all of my questions objectively and honestly. When I had made my choice and was ready to complete the transaction, Tim in finance had all of the paperwork ready to go- it went very quickly. Greg made sure I understood how to use the special features of my new car; he was very helpful and patient. When it's time for our next vehicle, Jeff Wyler will be our dealer of choice.

My 2010 Chevy Traverse will be my third vehicle purchased at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Automall. This experience, by far, has been the most incredible. I basically purchased my new car over the phone, which was such a time-saver. I typically dread buying a new car because I feel like "fresh meat" when I walk onto the lot. "Phoning" my order in, if you will, eliminated all of this. Plus it eliminated all the back and forth to get the deal where I wanted it.

When I took my car back to get the sunroof installed, they refilled my tank since I live 40 minutes away. Plus, they cleaned it all up again. I also wanted a bug deflector installed. I did have to return the car again since a wrong part was ordered, but they took care of me once again. My gas tank was once again refilled, not to mention the bug deflector was installed for free. Amazing!

I definitely appreciated the great customer service I received from the sales and leasing professional and the actual sales manager. I also took note of the other salesman who were willing to ask me if I needed help. This purchase was definitely another great experience.

In 7 years, when my new car itch happens again, I'll definitely go back. I have found my dealership and not willing to change or go closer to home.

Thanks to all for making this a great experience AND I LOVE my new Traverse. It is so much fun to drive. And, it looks good!

We were looking for a new SUV for a long time. We were never satisfied with other dealers. We went to Wyler Chevrolet in Eastgate and were immediately greeted by a courteous salesmen. We explained what we needed and why we needed it. He listened to our thoughts and quickly gave us two suggestions. We liked both cars but were really excited about the Equinox. WE were able to get our payments were we needed them to be. The whole experience was delightful and quick. Cedric Glover and Marty Taylor are experts at what they do. We shopped around for awhile and we now realize that the other dealerships could learn alot about how to deal with customers. Cedric and Marty should write a book on how to satisfy customers. I will never shop for a vehicle anywhere else and I have already told my family and friends, that this is the only place to buy a car. Ironically, alot of people that I mentioned this to had already purchased a car from there and completely agreed with me.

The person with whom I had an appointment (Wayne Keiser) was not available when I arrived,and I was kept waiting for a brief period of time. During my wait, Cecil, assured me that as soon as Wayne's internet sales partner arrived, or one of the other sales persons, they would be right with me. A few minutes later, Jay Robison, Wayne's partner, arrived and he was very polite and knowledgeable in regard to the type of car in which I was interested - a Mazda 6, 2009. He answered all my questions, and worked to get my payments within the range I wanted. David handled the financial side (all the paper work), and he, too, helped to keep the payments as close to what I wanted as he could, and still provide me with the best options. Over all, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Jeff Wyler, Eastgate, to anyone wishing to buy any of the cars sold there. Thank you.
