Ray Walczak was very professional and outgoing. Chad Wojtysiak worked with me quickly to remedy the a couple of problems i had with my sale. He was very profesional and worked very hard to make sure i was sastified with my dealings there. I will look them up again for future vehicle purchases.

Sales Reps very informative and patient with our indecisiveness. Test drives offered of every pertient car...no sidetracking or selling something we didn't want. Finance guy did a good job...he did push the aftermarket stuff but was willing to go thru it all and was open to our changes even after "printing" a bunch of stuff.

We were impressed with Wilde Toyota. The showroom was bustling with customers and knowledgeable sales associates. We were particularly impressed with Jeff Seidner, who demonstrated his exceptional knowledge of Toyota's fleet and the strengths of various makes/models of their automobiles. Jeff was extremely pleasant to work with, and we appreciated his knowledge of the product. Prior to visiting the showroom, we were in close contact with Chad Wojtysiak via the internet and phone. He, too, was great to work with and was very responsive to our questions.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
I hate shopping for a vehicle, dealing with the sales staff and spending hours sitting at the desk argueing over price and minor details. Then one leaves with that feeling that I probably got screwed oh well!
At Wilde Toyota we had none of the above. I met two of thier Truck Sales Associates who went out of their way to assist my family in the selection and purchase of two of thier vehicles. Dan and Zak went over every detail and question and beyond. They made this whole process a pleasant and painless. We came to thier facility feeling welcome and leaving pleased, happy and satisfied. To be honest with you if it wasn’t for those two we would have probably would have purchased our vehicles from some other local dealer. Thank you we truly had a very pleasant and easy experience purchasing our vehicles from you and you will receive our business again in the future.
This whole process started with thier Internet Manager and ended with a follow up from him. We actualy paid less than we expected.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
Had a very bad experience with this dealer 4 years ago and the review is here. The ONLY reason I took a shot at another car purchase here was because of the diligence of Chad Wojtysiak, the Internet Sales Director @ Wilde. He's worked very hard to earn my trust and I did end up buying a Camry there because of him. Chad is a true professional who looked to find the problem and looked to find a good solution.

Renee was our sales contact and I had no problem with her. She met my son and I on the lot and we took one for a spin. Once it was time to deal Renee and Chris worked the deal with me. The deal was OK, not subpar, not a screamer. I think if you come out that way from a dealer you can call it a win for yourself.

My only rub with the deal? the same problem as last time, and honestly I can't necessarily blame the dealer. They tried the same ol' "Extended Warranty" scam again - trying to charge $1800 for a warranty you can get from another dealer for 500-600. This is not a reflection of the folks above - Chad, Renee, and Chris had nothing to do with it. I think honestly Wilde may get more bites if the look at trying volume on the warranties instead of trying to bend everyone over at first opportunity.

All-in-all I'm OK with the deal. the car has been back to have side runners installed and to have the satellite radio put in. No complaints there either. I like Safro Toyota out in Brookfield as well but wasn't a fan of driving 10-12 mi. in traffic to get there when Wilde is a mile from my house. I think I'm comfortable going back now.

Chad, Gavin and Rob were all so friendly, and helpful!! We had a time crunch, and some unique circumstances, and they really went out of their way to make things easy for us, and to expedite the process as best they could. They even searched for a different Fed Ex drop box, and drove it there to make sure out papers got out that night. Then, they were in contact with us the whole time, and we were able to pick up our new cars promptly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car, because I left feeling like they really care about their customers, that the price was fair, and was greatful for their hard work in getting us our new cars quickly!!

I have given Wilde the review I did because my experience with them was just so fabulous. When we entered a previous dealer, we recieved extrememly rude service and unhelpful people. WHen my sister and I walked into Wilde, we recieved excellent customer servive and friendly staff. Chad was communicating across the country to my dad and was prompt and extremely helpful with the arrangements. He was more than understanding when we explained the reason we needed to expidite our car purchase, and we were also matched with Gavin. Gavin was the definition of friendly and helpful. He was more than happy to find us what we needed, helped us negotiate a trade in, and amused us with conversation while we waited for the paper work to be finished. I would definitly recommend Wilde to anyone looking to purchase a car, and I can promise I'll be a return customer.

The majority of my time and interaction with Wilde Toyota was via email with the internet sales department specifically, with Michael Schalk and Chad Wojtysiak. If it weren’t for Chad I wouldn’t own a Toyota today. Working with Chad was an absolute pleasure and I can say without any reservation this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had ever, thanks Chad you’re awesome. And Travis (Finance Department) was outstanding; Travis went above and beyond to research the best rate for my loan, thanks Travis you’re awesome too. Everyone I dealt with: Michael, Danney, Amy and the porter (a very nice older Hispanic gentleman) were all great, my thanks to everyone for all your hard work and support in getting my in and out so quickly. And Toyota I have to say you really got it right with the Venza; what a car- it’s the perfect blend of family (utility) and sports car. It’s roomy kind of a quasi station wagon, but it’s also one the sexiest rides on the street, muscular with its flared fenders, 20 inch rims & low profile rubber, & powerful, I love V6 engine is so sweet I don’t ever want to drive anything else.
