A bait and switch was attempted twice with my documentation, day of purchase and two days later when I returned for the missing documents. I was given an envelope with the contract, each time without the documents. When I inquired of why certain documents were not included I was asked "why do I need them".
I reported one amount of income, the salesman input twice that amount on original paperwork to be submitted to finance (I caught this and the salesman crossed it out).
