Charles Beard at Hendrick Honda

Hands down this was my best car buying experience-ever. I spoke with Sam Anders on the phone after another family member purchased a new Honda from Hendrick Honda working with Sam. I told him what I was looking for and gave him more information and planned to meet the next day. When we arrived at the dealership everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Sam had everything prepared and we were able to choose the color Civic we wanted to purchase. I was even able to trade in my 1992 Honda Accord with 330,000 miles. Sam turned us over to Charles Beard and we completed the financial paperwork. We were finishing the paperwork and I realized I was waiting for the "catch". It couldn't possibly be this easy to buy a brand new vehicle compared to my previous experiences. But it was that easy! Due to personal and financial setbacks over the last few years, I thought it would be impossible to purchase a new vehicle with a good interest rate and terms. I was wrong. Hendrick Honda, Sam Anders, and Charles Beard showed me that buying a new car was possible and painless. We LOVE our new Civic, especially the awesome gas mileage we now get. I would unequivocally recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Manny Dasilva to find the right car at the right price. And once we decided to pull the trigger, he and Charles quickly got us taken care of and on our way. We'll definiely be back for our next car.

I can't even begin to say what an AMAZING car buying experience I had last weekend at Hendrick Honda!  First off, I'd like to thank Vickie Athey for being such a wonderful and sweet down to earth sales person and making me feel at such ease.  I absolutely loved working with her!!!  As a single Mom of 3, I came in feeling just little bit nervous about purchasing a new vehicle - especially with using the Costco Auto Program, but to my sheer delight it was totally easy and just as awesome as all the other reviews I had read online about this program and in regards to how great Hendrick Honda is.  Vickie (my sales person), Gabe (my sales manager) and Charles (my finance guy) were just the icing on the cake to make this experience as easy as it was.  There was no pressure at all and if anything I really felt like family by the time I left!  So yes, you all succeeded in your goal of making this car buying experience exceed my expectations.  Thank you Vickie, Gabe & Charles @ Hendrick Honda!!

This is my second car purchase from Hendrick Honda in 6 months. Ultimately I came back to this dealership specifically because of my previous experience with Gus and Vickie. They were warm, friendly, informative, and extremely easy to deal with. No haggling, no hassle, and my time was not wasted waiting around playing the negotiating game. My expectation was that this return trip would at least be as good as my previous trip. It exceeded my expectations. In addition to quality cars, and quality service, Hendrick has quality people. Hard to beat. I recommend at least a visit if you're thinking of purchasing a car.

My husband and I have just purchased a brand new 2012 Honda CRV. The immediate service we received from Steve Bagwell, Gabe Dragel, Sean McLane, and Charles Beard was outstanding. I have visited a multitude of car dealerships in my lifetime and have never been treated with such respect and great service. They really know how to take tremendous care of their customers. Sean McLane is full of positive energy and has the ability to make you feel like you are the number one priority. They are an AWESOME team and they never let us down throughout the entire sales process. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and we will certainly spread the good word. I have purchased all my vehicles from Hendrick Honda. The entire process from sales professionals, to finance and even with the management staff made my buying experience the best ever! Dealing with Jess, Ryan, Sean and the rest of the team made an experience to keep me coming back to purchase more vehicles. Melissa was an excellent sales person to work with. Very thorough, clear and patient. Gus was extremely helpful, personable and very willing to work with us.
I apologize for not clearly remembering the finance persons name, Charles maybe, but he was excellent. He did better than a rate we were given by another lender and worked many sets of numbers for us very patiently. I love the service center at Hendricks. I bring my accord there, and am now very happy we could work together to assure I could buy my new CRV there.

I'm 56 years old and Sean helped me buy my first "new" car. He made the buying experience a very pleasuable one. His customer service well above the call of duty. Sean was always assessable thoughout the three day purchasing process. He was always pleasant, helpful with information and made me feel like I was his only customer. Sean displayed a high level of integrity always following through with what he told me he would do.

Charles was my Financial Manager when we finalized the paperwork. He was very knowledgable and provided the necessary options for me to make my final decisions.

Why would I need to go to any other dealer when I can receive the type of customer treatment that is provided at Hendricks.

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Honda CRV for her and traded in our 2005 CRV (which we also purchased from Hendrick Honda)and unlike many car buying experiences, this one was very pleasant and hassle-free. We visited before Christmas to inquire about the new CRVs and worked with Ellis McDowell, who informed us about the status of the new CRVs and showed us a 2011 Pilot, which we took for a test drive. We decided to wait and see the new CRV, and after Christmas we received a call that you had received several and invited us to come look at them. Joseph Garmati assisted us on our second visit and did a great job of describing all the features and options of the new car, and took us for a test drive. We loved the car, but decided we wanted a AWD with navigation in the green color, which you didn't have. Sean McLane spoke with us and got involved in our deal, helping to quickly find the vehicle we wanted and take care of some other special requests we had to add side molding, the car mat package and luggage rails. Joseph and Sean were also very fair and professional in arriving at a trade in price for our 2005 SUV. We decided to purchase and somehow Sean was able to quickly get the car we wanted even though other customers were also seeking the same one because it was a newly released model. We finalized our deal with Charles Beard, who did an excellent job of explaining the extra warranty and maintenance plans that you offer - without any pressure or slick tactics to get us to buy something we didn't want. (We decided to buy both a warranty and maintenance plan.) So, overall, it was a great experience and we appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of your team members from start to finish. We've been loyal customers of Hendrick Honda since 1992 and this is the sixth vehicle we've purchased from you. We like the convenient location and the good, reliable service we've received from you over the years. Thanks for a job well done.

Tony was an excellent salesperson. He made the purchase of my Honda Pilot an easy transaction, took the time to show me all of the features of my new vehicle and was great to work with. I also dealt with salesmanager Shane Bowles and Charles Beard was my finance person. They both were also excellent to work with. I would recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone.
