My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
I was in a tough situation where I totaled my leased 2011 Jetta.
VW Credit gave me the insurance money to buy a comparable vehicle, but the money was barely enough to buy something comparable.
Then I found Lindsay VW and found a Jetta SE with lower miles and more features for LESS money! Too good to be true, right?
Wrong!
Charles was extremely professional and VERY helpful.
He held the car for at least a week while we got the money from VW Credit after they got it from the insurance agency.

He could have sold it to any of the other customers who inquired about the car, but he had the compassion to hold off and sell it to me since I was the first to talk to him about it.

That's not something you can say about most salesman.

Thank you Charles and thank you Lindsay VW.

We traded in a car that we bought from Lindsay previously. They gave us the best trade in value of anywhere we went. The car that we purchased was in better condition, lower miles and better priced than anywhere else we looked. Charles was great to work with, I highly recommend him to everyone.

Unbelievable how friendly and courteous this dealership was. I drove 4 hours to buy my car here and would do it again!! The Dealership is amazing to start with and all the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to meet our expectations!! My wife and daughter were treated with the hospitality you would only get from a friend.....which all the staff I met are now considered...FRIENDS!! Thank you Lindsay Volkswagen!! Charles Nguyen was a respectful, friendly, and honest individual who made the purchase of our used '09 Jetta a comfortable experience. He explained all the notable components of the car, answering any questions we had about it, and immediately followed-up to make sure we had received all the help we needed after we bought the car. We will definitely consider this dealership first when we go looking for another car.

My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
I had a great experience with this dealership back on 11/08/10. My brother and I drove 6 hours from Columbus, Ohio to purchase a certified preowned 2008 VW GTI. For one the price was perfect and the mileage on the car was amazing. We were greeted by Charles who was extremely helpful. The hospitality was top notch and nothing less. The sales manager was also very helpful and helped me to remember from then on why I was purchasing from them. I would definitely purchase another VW from them in the future.
