Charles Stetter at Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My experience buying a new Jeep Wrangler at Elk Grove Dodge went quite well. They have a friendly staff. It was an efficient process and they were definitely price competitive relative to other dealers where I had shopped around. Would recommend this dealership be considered by anyone I know is auto shopping.

Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect. As a woman alone, I'm always leery about dealing wtih purchasing a car, but I never felt any pressure to make a decision. I knew what I wanted and the gentlemen I dealt with respected that and did not attempt to veer me from what I wanted. Mark, Gordon and Charles were extremely friendly and helpful. Of course, like anyone, I would have like a little better price, but I'm very happy with my decision and would recommend Elk Grove Dodge/Chrysler to anyone looking for a car.

I live 75 miles from the dealership, but found the Jeep i wanted online. There i found by far the best price, no one local would touch it. Sent an inquiry by email at 8:00 pm John Benton answered within 10 minutes. Answered my questions, drove up in a couple of days, bought the Jeep wrangler listed on their site at price advertised. Everyone there was more than friendly and helpful making sure i was taken care of.

Had to come back the next day, another 150 mile to pick up vehicle after alarm installed and detailed, well worth the drive.

My only regret is dealership is not close enough to have my service done there after my sales experience.

I would highly recommend this dealership not only for price, but how friendly, helpful and pleasant their entire staff was to me and my son the next day picking up the vehicle.

We saw an add on TV that Elk Grove Dodge was having a sale. We went on line to see if there was a discount for a 3500 Ram. Found the truck - no discount listed. We called the dealership and were passed along to Cory - very lucky for us. We asked him some specific question as we were looking for a truck that could pull our 38' 5th wheel trailer. He got us the answers we needed and we told him we were coming down to take a look. Guess what we have in our driveway! You got it - a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500! Corey was very patient with us during the very easy negotiations. We had a little wait for the finance team (dealership was really busy due to the President's day sale). Cory did a good job of letting us know how things were progressing and when the time came, he brought us in to met Charles. Charlie was also great! Made the finance portion very easy.

All in all - we would highly recommend Elk Grove Dodge and specifically Cory as your salesman - he was great to work with, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Charlie was a great finance guy!

Richard Brown was one of the nicest and easiest guys to work with. Sometimes buying a car can be a tense situation, but Rich made it the complete opposite. He was honest, helpful & genuine. You could tell he really tried to help us find the car we wanted & was very patient. Anybody looking to buy a car from this dealership, I recommend going through Rich. Shak & Charles were great, too. Overall, customer service was terrific and the experience was very pleasant.

Working with Cory was a pleasure,we got the exact car at an unbeatable price.Cory communicated with us very well and made the process very comfortable. We will remain impressed by the service demonstrated by Cory Long as well as followed up by Charles Stetter in finance(Max care/life time warranty). Also, the selection at Elk Grove Lasher/Dodge is second to none. After visiting several dealers in and around Sacramento(bad experience).... the differences in service, friendliness, experience and price are pale in comparison to Elk Grove Dodge.

I went to the dealership initially to only get a Ram truck brochure and I was on a time restraint that particular evening. I first spoke to Dave Mitchell and he provided me with the brochure and answered a few of my key questions. He took my contact information and I explained to him I was just beginning my research on a new truck. Over the next few months, Dave periodically called me to "check in" and every time he was very polite, was not pushy, and helped me with my continued research.

I had a 2011 Nissan Frontier which I tried selling during these months but was unsuccessful. Realizing the trade in value of the Nissan, I knew I would incur a considerable loss however it was time to take the next step.

I shopped all the local Dodge dealers for my truck and had I mixed results with their current vehicle selections and salesmen.

Dave found me the right truck in his inventory and the price was fair on the new Ram. I wished for a higher trade in value but I understand the economics behind the pricing. I did purchase additional warranties and service contracts and the pricing was good.

We dealt with Shak (Sales Manager) and Charles (Finance Manager) and both were very helpful and very easy to deal with.

The only negative issue is that the next day I saw small scratches on the bottom corner of the right rear bumper. We bought the truck at night therefore nobody saw the scratches after it was detailed. Not a huge deal as the dealership will fix it.

Overall the entire experience was very pleasant and it was an honor to do business with Lasher Dodge, Dave, Shak, and Charles. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Lasher and would refer others to them as well.
