Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The car I bought is running great and based on the blue book and other cars I looked at, I got a great deal. I didn't feel they were trying to cheat me or "upsell". They also followed up after I bought the car to make sure everything was going ok. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
