The service was great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. When I called to in amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. When I called to include it with my appt, I was told that it would be done. It is very disappointing to that they did not have the parts in stock to complete this task. More

I normally work with either Mitch or Chelsea, and both are superlative at customer service! There is Kevin, but I have not worked with him recently, although he is very pleasant as well! Parts and labor rates higher than expected. Took longer than expected. Reprocessed code reader despite being given code.
