I’m not so sure why the Service Department maintains I did not have an appointment as I called two days prior to drop off and asked the associate K if I may drop my vehicle off to be repaired while I was out of town for a week and he said of course. In my customer mind I assumed I was written on the schedule. I maintain that my vehicle was not repaired in a reasonable amount of time as my car warranty would only pay for 10 days and the work was not completed by then. The part was ordered and received by day 3 of drop off. No hard feelings, this Dealership just lost the business of an owner of 2 KIAs
