Chigbo Mbaekwe at Planet Honda

I had an appointment at 10AM and everything started right on time. I was able to pick out a 2013 CRV within 20 minutes with the Dealer Mr. Francis Duah. We went for a test drive and at the end Mr Duah explained all the CRV features. With the help of Mr. Chigbo Mbaekwe, his Manager my deal went through for a reasonable price and as advertised Friendly, Fun and Fair. It was also a pleasure doing business with Richard Scott in Financial Services as well. He explained all terms, their differences and there was no pressure to purchase additional packages, although I did. I was on the road; on my home in my new CRV at 1o'clock. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM PLANET HONDA......

I am an college graduate and I decided to go to planet Honda to purchase my first brand new car because my friends have told me how great the customer service is there and boy I'd tell you Chigbo is the man to go to if you'd like experience some great customer service. He answered all of my questions with detail and even when there seemed to be a problem he made it his business to make sure everything was getting taken care of. He also reassured that everything was working in my favor ! Great experience buying my first car! I recommend Chigbo!

This is the 2nd time we are buying a car from Planet Honda.. I think that says it all!!! Both times we worked the same people Francis, Chigbo and Jorge (Sorry, might be spelling it wrong) and we had best car buying experience. They were just too good. We had proper explanation and help all through and many follow ups too.. I recommend them. The first time they did all they could to get us the financing and the second time it was a breeze. Simply the best..

This was my first time buying a car and in one week had been to 4 dealerships. I couldn't bring myself to trust the other 3dealerships but at Planet Honda it was a totally different experience. From Chigbo the sales manager to Francis who is a Gold Master and Levie the business manager all three men personify the phrase EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't stop raving about them. October 13th. I walked into Planet Honda, after having a not so good experience with
Nissan Hillside, RTE 22. I was immediately approached and asked if they could help me. After stating the purpose of my visit, I was directed to Salesman,MR Kaleem Wyne.
Without coming through the whole day events, I found MR Wyne to be most knowledgeble
about all the vehicles on his lot, and answered all my question pertaining to my particular vehicle. MR Mbaekwe(Sales Manager), helped us to arrive at a fair price,
wonderful gentleman. MR Frank Levie(Finance Manager)in his very friendly, personable
and professional manner, helped us seal the deal. I would highly recommend this particular dealership for all your Honda needs.

I recently upgraded from a 2011 Civic to a 2012 Accord. My vehicle was perfectly fine but I prefer a mid size vehicle. I have always returned to Planet Honda as I get exceptional service from sales to finance to service. In the past years I have obtained an Accord, A Pilot, A Civic and back again to an upgrade. I have also referred my own family members as the staff at Planet Honda is very helpful and knowledgeable on all Honda vehicles. I am absolutely sure I will return. The staff that I have been fortunate to work with knows me enough to cater to my personal vehicle needs.

I ended up with the car family ultimately wanted within a budget we could afford. They worked all angles to make that possible. This model was two levels above what my original plans were.
