My experience with Paul Moak Subaru was overall a very positive one. I feel as though I got fair trade in for my vehicle which was important to both me and my husband. The individuals that helped, Jonathan and Chip, us were very informative but not pushy. They took the time to go over various options with us and were able to present us options that were complimentary to our budget. Overall a great experience!

My Review Of Paul Moak Subaru:

Everyone at the dealership is very nice and friendly. I have never had a problem with the service. The sales Advisor Ms Alexander is always helpful. I was under no pressure to purchase a car. The Sales team worked very well with me at getting the price affordable for me. This is my 5th purchase and I will continue to be a customer. The men in the garage take good car of my car. I have never had to return it for something they didn't complete. I know they will take good car of my daughter's new Subaru.

My Review Of Paul Moak Subaru:

We had an excellent experience, starting with the friendly and knowledgeable Chip Burns. He was able to answer all of our questions about the Impreza and most importantly was laid back, professional and NOT high pressure. The test drive was easy and the negotiations were fairly simple. We would buy from again.

My Review Of Paul Moak Volvo:

We shopped all manufacturers that made the hard top convertible. The C70 stood out as the best car for the money. We considered several used C70's. But we wanted to buy locally and a new car with warranty. We had met Jerry W. and Chip B. So we requested the best price for a 2012 model year car. These individuals stepped to the plate and properly discounted the C70. As a cash buyer we wanted a "Best Offer" price. We got that "Bottom Dollar Price" without complicating the negotiations. In the last year, we have purchased three new cars. Our experience with Paul Moak Volvo in December 2012 was a 5 on a 5 scale. We would recommend your dealership. We love the C70. In fact, if there ever is a C90, we will trade for the next generation convertible.

Chip was excellent to work with. Very nice guy and very willing to work to get me the car I wanted. The use of email made the process easy and Chip was always quick to respond to my inquiries and questions. I would recommend this dealership and would buy there again.

My Review Of Paul Moak Subaru:

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Paul Moak - one Honda and now my second Subaru Forester.
Although I check out other lines and dealers every time I am looking for a car, Paul Moak's salespeople are the best to deal with. I have known Jerry Warfield since he sold the Honda to me, a long time ago. He is the General Sales Manager at Subaru, and he's not only a nice guy, he is a good manager. Chip was my salesperson and he is typical - he listened to what I said I needed and directed me to the car that filled the bill. Here, no one talks down to the "little woman," or tries to sell me more car than I need - a problem I have had at other dealerships - dealers I have never bought cars from!
