Chip Carter at Bill Estes Ford

I researched online and new what the price was and already had a good idea of exactly what I wanted. Chip took the time along with Chris to actually finalize the deal after they closed. Left with the cleaning crew. Went far beyond what they needed to do. Paid. Premium for the car but frankly I want them to make a profit and pay the staff fairly. I will pay them before I give I to the government. Thanks to all. Ps please tell the person on their phone texting when we came to pick up the car it looks bad and is rude.

I had gone to a few other car dealerships before coming here . I have some credit challenges I did some checking on the internet and decided to come here. and it was everything they said it would be . They cared about what I was doing and really went to bat for me . from start to finish it was a great experience and I would definetly recomend them to all of my friend. thanks again.

We bought a slightly used 2012 Certified Mustang last week from Bill Estes Ford and we are very pleased! Chip Carter responded to our internet inquiry and provided first rate sales assistance. Chip is very nice, knowledgable about the products and took good care of us. Our college age son's car was experiencing multiple repairs, it was time to trade it, buy a newer car for my wife and give her well maintained 2003 Jeep Liberty to our son. We bought the Jeep from Bill Estes in 2004 and decided to go back after visiting a few dealers. They took the old car on trade and we reached agreement on the purchase and trade in very quickly. Chris in Finance found us a great rate too. I suggest you give Chip a call if you are looking for a new or well maintained used vehicle.

I recently had a car accident and needed to replace my vehicle. My previous car had been serviced at Bill Estes Ford and we live in Brownsburg so decided to start our search there. Buying a car is always a tedious process but I have to admit this was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Chip, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The financing paperwork went very smoothly with Greg and he also was friendly and helpful. Overall I know we made the right choice and would definitely return to Bill Estes Ford if we ever need another vehicle and, of course, will be having all our service done there.

had a great experence,they didnt come running out hounding us,didnt try to sell us somthing we didnt want or need.Chip did a awsome job on helpin us find what we wanted that was in our price range,I would recommend him to all my friend and family
