HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Me and 2 of my friends all went here to buy vehicles. We called in advance to check on a Kia Sorrento that they had for sale online. We're told that i Me and 2 of my friends all went here to buy vehicles. We called in advance to check on a Kia Sorrento that they had for sale online. We're told that it is on the lot to look at. We get there and the Kia has actually been rearended and isn't for sale. So we start looking st other vehicles and found a gmc Acadia we liked. We're told we are approved and to come back the next day. Came back, sat there all day for a run around. Also to say the only sale person working waa Glenn. He left me and my boyfriend in the dealership with NO ONE else working and asked me to answer the phones for him and to not let anyone in a certain room because that's the room the keys were in. He came back 30 minutes later brought us a pizza and NEVER showed back up.,we left with no one there and the doors unlocked. So we got a call that evening that we were still approved they were just working out the numbers. So we come BACK down to Greensboro (an hour and a half every time, then another hour and a half BACK home "3 hours total driving time") for the THIRD time and are told we wernt approved, then told again that we ARE approved, to come back the Next day (should have known better) but this is after working with a different sales person named Brent who said HE COULD GET US INTO A VEHICLE NO PROBLEM! And had it all worked out for us. Well that was another lie. Not to even mention my 2 friends who got a Kia soul, and they refuse to fix the vehicle that the speakers didn't work when she bought it and they promised to fix it and for my other friend who bought a truck and they are still 2 weeks later screwing him over. This dealership is nothing but scammers and no good liars. Do not whatever you do deal with these people!!! More
