I have purchased several new vehicles from the Perry Family over the last thirty years. Including my sons, brother family and in-laws, we have purchased about 30 new and two used vehicles from the Perry Family because they are good people and you can "Trust" them from the start of the deal through the service of your vehicle over the span of your ownership. If they have an employee that does not value the Perry Family morals then they have an ex-employee. Mr. Wayne Perry got his morals from his grandfather the late Mr. J Carter Perry. Mr. J Carter Perry set the tone and Mr. Wayne Perry has been caring the torch in the Family automobile business every since.

They will go out and find and purchase what you want and deliver it to you.

The Perry Family is a great Family that you do not mind spending your hard earned money with.

They take care of you with respect and care.

Joe was very knowledgeable and honestly interested in helping me find the right vehicle or the right price. He was not pushy at all as sales people can be. Joe worked quickly, honestly, and courteous. I will gladly recommend Joe and Performance Chevrolet to anyone. The rest of the staff; Chris Barcliff and the people I spoke with via email were also extremely proficient and the email replies I received i was most pleased with because of there speediness.

Joe was very hospitable and went out of his way to help us look for the right vehicle. He was just as helpful when we returned to get the vehicle detailed. Ken was also very cordial and worked with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Chris explained the paperwork and made it easy with all the papers we have to sign.

Excellent team at Performance Chevrolet Mike Lilly went over everything about my new truck, there was no hassle I felt comfortable and relaxed, the best car buying experience I have ever had, reminds me of what my grandfather told me how the old days of buying cars was like. From the time I picked up the phone and talked with Trey to the time I left with Jason Jackson standing beside my new 2013 Equinox sending us home was wonderful. They worked for me to get me the best interest rate with monthly payments that I could afford. All memebers of the team that I dealt with stayed working until I left, which was 8:00pm. I have never been in a dealership that was so friendly and actually cared for you as a person. I felt like we all new each other a lifetime, which is a great feeling. The next day I even recieved a phone call to make sure everything was going good. I even told my brother about them, and he endedup buying a new car there the next day. I will be talking about there service for a while. Keep up the great work.

Everyone at Performance were very friendly, helpful and informative. I received invidual attentionl from the moment I just rode on the lot. When I drove up on the lot Jason Jackson came out to greet me and showed me some of the inventory even though when I arrived it was only a few minutes before closing. I gave him some prelimanary information and he called me the next day to check on me and my desire for a new vehicle.
All of the staff was great and pleasant and assured me continued service even after the purchase. I would definitely return.

I gave this dealership an overall rating of "great" based on the time the dealership responded to my internet inquiry about a specific make and model I was interested in. I immediately received a phone call stating the vehicle was in stock and ready to schedule a test drive. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were met with a friedly sales associate that answered all of our questions and down the road we went. Upon return, we indicated that we would like to determine the asking price of the vehicle and proceeded to fill out paperwork in a nice environment even though the dealership was undergoing major renovations at the time. The sales manager assured us that he was going to give us the best possible deal while informing me of an incentive through USAA that I was unaware of. He delivered on his promise and before you know it we are shaking hands and off to finace we go. The finance manager was very informative and personable. We spoke about many things unrelated to the car deal and made the formality of it all a bit more pleasing. This dealership does care about it's customer and the entire staff ensured that you were comfortable, asked if there was anything my wife and I needed and offered a snack or beverage if we wanted. Lastly, the way in which each associate worked with the other in such an efficient matter keep the process well within a reasonable amount of time. I would definetly recommend this dealer and will certainly use this dealer in the future.
