Excellent experience all the way around. The salesperson was knowledgeable friendly and engaging. Low pressure pitch was what I look for an he came through. The sales manager was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I had a very nice experience with the staff of Volvo of Lisle. I walked in cold looking at cars one day, and was met by Chris Bella. While on subsequent trips Chris was not available, he made sure I was taken care of by another staff member. Ultimately, we made our final plans for order and purchase with Lolita Cook, who could not have been better in the process. Lolita was friendly, polite, understanding and responsive. Plus, she has left an open door for us to ask further questions should we need to. I thank her for her personal touch.
