Chris Colucci at Acura of Westchester

I bought an Acura TL this weekend. Sales person Brianna Tozzo did a magnificent job helping me secure the right car. She was patient and professional, trying her best to work with me on reaching a price I was comfortable with. I am not exaggerating when I say that I am an extremely busy person. Brianna made every effort to make the car ready the same day - without any issues. She followed up with me later in the week to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance office at the dealership also made the process worry and hassle free. This is my third Acura and if I am lucky enough to purchase a fourth, Acura of Westchester will be my first stop.

First let me start by telling a little about myself, cars are my passion and when it comes to cars I have OCD. I am very picky and particular of what i want and how things look when it comes to cars. I am a sedan person myself 4 door sports cars are what i love but for this specific purchase I was looking for an SUV. My wife told me its either a family or a sports car so i chose family. This was the hardest decision for me because I didn't like any SUV's!! Acura of Westchester was my last stop for car dealers and man was i happy i went there. First of all I need to be sold on a car, purchasing a car is a big deal and thats exactly how i felt at A.O.W. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and made comfortable by Richard Link. I had a million question and he was able to answer everything. Other dealers I went too could care less whether i was looking for a car or not and those that did bother to try to sell me a car had nothing against my knowledge on motor sports but at A.O.W. everyone knew what they were talking about. I instantly fell in love with a 2010 MDX the first SUV i actually liked and now i can say love i've had it for a month and trust me it is a beast its like a sports car wrapped in this luxurious spacious truck. Every now and then Richard gives me a call just to see how things are with me and the car and if everything is going well and that makes me feel like i made the right choice purchasing my vehicle from Acura of Westchester. I would definitely recommend Acura of Westchester and Richard Link to anyone.

Brianna Tozzo was extremely helpful to me with the trade-in of my Acura MDX. She made the experience pleasant, and was very helpful with any and all questions that I had. My trade-in went smoothly, and she made sure I was well educated on my new car before I left. I would definitely recommend Brianna, and this Acura dealership, to my friends and family.

I came to Acura of Westchester after doing a lot of research on a pre-owned certified MDX.

Brianna is a very nice and very professional sales young lady.

She worked with me to ensure I could get all the bells and whistles I wanted (Roof Rails, Hitch Hook, Remote Start, etc.) at a very reasonable price, and even great financing!

I dealt with Brianna in Sales and Tom Maxfield in Service, and the whole team (including Danny and Chris) were all always very attentive to details, never dropped the ball with my requests.

I requested an alignment and balancing, and an upgrade on my remote start. I got a loaner car for a few days and everything went smoothly.

This is “white glove” treatment, they make me feel like a real VIP customer.

I had an issue with my car on a friday, I was stuck in CT where I work. Sunday I had the car towed to acura of westchester. Chris was in and he is always a cool dude. First time I ever was service by him. Tom is my service guy but I have to admit Chris did such an awesome job just goes to show you anyone there can be of superior service. Chris knows how to take care of the customer, treats them right with professionalism and respect. Thanks again Chris,

I have been a customer of the service department for approximately two years and once again, all my expectations were exceeded. Chris is always friendly and very knowledgeable about the service requirements of my 2004 TSX. In the past I had my vehicle serviced by another Acura dealership and regret I did not patronize Acura of Westchester sooner. If your Acura needs factory service and you live in the NYC/Westchester area, see Chris.

i just recently purchased a 2009 acura rl from a hyundai dealership. i was kinda uneasy about the whole purchase because the car wasn't purchased from acura dealership. I called and spoke to sal and told him about my concerns and he scheduled a appt to get my car thoroughly inspected . He also told me that he would be off and that chris would take care of me. Once i got there chris was very helpful i told him that the leather on my door panel was messed up. I asked could he check and see if that was covered under warranty. He told me he would look into it and also was given a loaner car until my car was ready. Once my car was finished chris gave me a call ad told me he ordered the door panel free of charge and that the car was in great shape. i went to the dealership expecting the worse and chris took care of me the right way. The only service i had done to the car was an oil change for 28.00. This dealership sets the standard for how all dealership should be run. Once i'm ready to make another big purchase i will definitely be purchasing from acura of westchester.

Before i left i went upstairs to inquire anout an extended warranty and vincent paciariello proceeded to help me . He remembered me from a few weeks back when i was looking for a car . i asked him about the extended warranty and he asked me where did i get my car loan from. He advised me that i should fill out a financing application and he will see if he can beat the rate and also tie the warranty into the financing.I haven't received a call back yet but i am sure he is working on it.

Liam and the team are wonderful. The MDX is a great car, and I'm still impressed by the level of service we receive every time we bring in the car for an oil change, or when we have a question. Liam made us feel so comfortable, we were able to make our decision quickly and start enjoying the car right away.

Extremely friendly people and helpful . They help us find what we really want/need and affortable. They had many options for us, we were able to pick and choose what we really want. Nice People. I would definetely recommended this dealer to everyone.

Today i went to this dealership and i was really surprised at the Customer service they provide. As soon as i got there i was attended by Chris (cool dude by the way!) had my power steering wheel softened up, my side mirrors changed, as well as a messed up side marker that i had on my 08 TL. Everything was well taken care of. I will from now on deal with this dealership on my further purchases since I'm an Acura Enthusiast. The great feeling i had after my car was worked on was indescribable and i will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Thank you Acura of Westchester for doing things so smoothly!
