Chris Finck at Hawkins Chevrolet

I was very impressed with this dealership. It started with the response I got from an email request for more information on a used vehicle. The responding email was from the owner Tom Hawkns in the form of a personal video advising me that a sales consultant would be in contact with me regarding my inquiry. I received the the video late in the evening and the next day I received a call from Chris Finck a sales consultant. I decided to visit the dealership the following Saturday. Chris met me in the lot to show me the vehicles I was interested in. Chris was very friendly and helpful, offering a test ride in any of the vehicles. I decided to drive a Chevy Avalanche. The vehicle was very clean and had been checked over by the Hawkins dealership mechanical staff. Chris was very upfront on what had been checked and what repairs had been made on the vehicle. We finally agreed on a price and bought the vehicle. We met Tom the owner, and felt like we had been admitted to a big family. Chris first had the vehicle washed one more time and took our picture with the vehicle to hang on his office wall. A couple days later I got another personal email with a video from Tom thanking my wife and I for the purchase. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend Chris Finck and Tom Hawkins Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Chris Finck and Tabitha Bicknase were polite, courteous and efficient. Mark Hawkins was involved in the final negotiations and responded promptly and politely. I was ready to buy as soon as I test drove the vehicle. It was a great experience and would recommend this dealership as a good source to purchase vehicles.

chrisfincks at hawkins was great to work with. i have not had a new truck for 15 years.he was very help full on all the new stuff on the tuuck.and i found a door that needed to be fixed and he fixed it..thank you

We saw a pickup on line and ran to Fairmont to see it. Chris Finch was off that Saturday but came in anyway with his young son to help us out. We were very impressed with the truck, the trade, and the people. We bought the truck and could not be more satisfied. We would recommend Hawkins to anyone.

Every employee that we had contact with at Hawkins Chevrolet treated us like family. Tom Hawkins greeted us when we entered the dealership, followed by Chris Finck who was our sales person. Both of them made us feel very welcome. We told Chris Finck what we were looking for in a car, and he found exactly what we wanted. We actually enjoyed shopping for the car. Chris was very knowledgeable and never pressured us into buying. Instead, he was very interested in answering our questions and educating us about the car. It got to be late in the afternoon and never did he seem to want to hurry us on and out of there. We liked that! Tabitha, too, was very helpful with the purchase. She, too, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everyone there, including the office staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would never hesitate recommending them to someone.

Working with Hawkins Chevrolet was a wonderful, stress-free experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Chris Finick was a great salesman - he found exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about all the cars I test-drove. The whole experience was excellent!

we found the truck on the internet then called and talked to chris finck he was very helpful and curtious chris was respectful and he wasnt pushy we thought he did a great job on getting us the best price that we were comfortable with. thanks to everyone.
