Excellent experience purchasing my new jeep grand cherokee. Great group of guys that are really passionate about what they do. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or purchase anything additional to what I asked for. Both Gary and Chris were a joy to chat with and took the extra time to review with me exactly what I was buying. Even financing was the smoothest process I've seen in a long time, again, no pressure to buy extra packages etc. I highly recommend Colonial for anyone looking to buy a new chrysler, jeep or dodge!

Excellent experince in purchasing my Challenger SRT8 . Very easy to do business with worth the trip.
Tony Tedesco, Mike Ballos , and Chris Gourley know their product and delivered what they promissed .
May not be the biggest dealer but you get treated the way you should be.
I would reccomend giving them a try, it was well worth the ride.

When buying a car, working with a man who really knows sales is important if you want the right car at a fair price. You can pick your own model but you generally can’t pick your salesman. Going into a dealership for the first time, is the shopper’s version of making a “cold call;” you can only hope that you’ll get the right man, someone you’ll trust and feel comfortable with.

Upon meeting Eddie Bhatty, I was quickly put at ease and soon knew that I had the right man. He was there to help me. I told him what I wanted—something simple with few options and that’s what he presented to me. We looked around, talked price with Chris, and he gave me plenty of time to think things over. In the end he wanted to make sure that I was not only comfortable with my decision but happy with the whole transaction. I would recommend Eddie and Colonial Dodge any day.

Just when it seemed like a deal was not going to happen because the car I had my eye on was sold, Eddy went through great lengths to find me another car. Eddy even (with good shoes on and soaking wet feet) trudged through snow to fetch another car to save the deal. This Avenger was a higher model but when Chris started working his magic, he made the car payments affordable for me. We were able to strike a deal so all parties were happy. I had a great experience and this is my second car purchased from Colonial. I will be going back for a third car when it is time. Thank you to Eddy and Chris.

This dealership is by far the best around. I have gone to other dealers in the worcester area and found Colonian to be the friendliness, nonpushing and they respect there customers dealership around. I had just bought my seventh vehichle for them and they worked hard to find what I really wanted not what they had sitting in there sales lot. If your looking for a dealership who will work with your wish I had's then this is the place to go. These guys are the best!! Gary was GREAT before and after the sale!Very professional and informative. David Egeland and Chris Gourley were down on their hands and knees removing the marker lights off of another Jeep because they realized the ones on my brand new Jeep Wrangler were stolen off the lot. Jay Bhatty was outstanding in getting me an outstanding deal on the Jeep of my wife's dreams!! You guys are an outstanding team from top to bottom!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
