Chris Gray at Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I would have to say my overall experience with Thompson has been great. I went there on a Monday to check out a Chrysler 200 S. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle. They let me take ffor a test drive to show the wife. Came back and was not ready to buy. Too be honest wife was a little mad. So I took the car back and let them know I really couldn't do anything with the car yet.

A couple of days later I received a call from Rick. He was real nice and asked if I was still interested in the car. I politely told him no. He let it go. I called him back later that day and told him I will be up to talk about numbers.

I first contacted my bank for auto loan approval thinking I could get a better rate with them. I arrived at the dealership later on and did some paper work. To my surprise the dealership was able to get me a much better rate. Which in the end is what got me to buy the 200.

I rated everything but Quality of work a 5. This is because I still do not know who did my finace paperwork. It seemed like he was in a hurry. Also the vehicle could have been cleaned alot better.

I will most definately recommend Thompson to my friends.

I was three hours from home and had just had my van worked on by another service dpt. on the EasternShore of Md.however, the problem got worse and I was stranded in the middle of an unfamilure area. Thompsons called a tow for me and also provided me with a shuttle from the dealership to my motel room at no cost. They all kept me informed as too the progress that was being made or vice versa and when I asked a question their answers were true and not sugar coated,even though I wish the answers I got sometimes were not what I wanted to hear). Associates were very friendly and Kind dispite my desparate attitude. I felt the cost to do my job was very fair and would highly roccomend Thompsons Jeep to anyone in need of Auto repair

My wife bought a used BMW and I bought a new Chrysler 300. Both deals were made with the highest integrity and absolutely "no hassle". The service department made it a point to remember me and treat me like family. This dealership is a model of professionalism through and through!

I have had no problems with the dealership and only good things to say about them. The reason I went to them first was because of the honesty of the service department.
