Chris did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy a car I couldn't actually look at but Chris helped that process go very smoothly. He was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car and sent pictures of under the car within just a few hours. The dealership and Chris set up a couple of drivers to meet me half way to pick up the car so I wouldn't have to make a 16 hour round trip. Signing paperwork was easy and nice to be able to read it at home and take my time. Thanks Chris!! More

After placing my order for a 2023 Maverick with Chris Herbst at Long McArthur, a few weeks later I was contacted by Tate Wands about a 2022 model that had come in and was available for purchase. After a couple of emails with Chris and arranging for me to fly out to pick up, I got my brand new 2022 Ford Maverick XLT! The process couldn't have been easier and thanks to Chris for all his help, and to Tate for picking me up at the airport and making for a smooth transition. Got to meet Tim Bartz, who after watching his many YouTube videos, made me decide to order through Long McArthur. I cannot recommend the team here enough. I worked with Chris and Alex on a first time (for me) trade-in deal. Chris was very knowledgeable on all the specifics in transacting a "pass through" trade with a buyer for my vehicle in California.
