My Review Of Infiniti of Nashua:

I can't say enough about the sales team from Infiniti of Nashua, Hugh McQueen went above and beyond to assist me in buying my used Mini Cooper. While car shopping online, Mark Pournaras sent me a compete video of the interior and exterior of the Mini before the shop closed for the evening. I then travelled to NH by train and bus from RI and they were more than happy to pick me up and drop me off at the bus station, and even delivered my new Mini to Rhode Island.

Chris offered to match my finance rate and returned with an awesome 1.64% finance rate on a used vehicle! Everyone on the sales and finance team with was friendly, courteous and more than helpful. Hugh McQueen is an awesome salesman and I'd highly recommend him for your next purchase from Infiniti of Nashua.

All persons with whom I interacted were pleasant and helpful. Chris Holt, especially, was generous in his help to make sure that all aspects of my needs and wants were satisfied. We have owned Infinitis for many years and it speaks well for your dealership that on April 9th we took delivery of a pre-owned 2011, G25X from Infiniti of Nashua again a most satisfying experience with Mark Pournaras being our contact. My Review Of Infiniti of Nashua:

The service department at Infiniti of Nashua is excellent in all aspects. They are always personable, friendly, and accommodating. The work they perform is always A+ at a reasonable price. In the 15+ years that our cars have been serviced by this service department I have never been dissatisfied with the work performed. Infiniti's are awesome cars, but there are lots of awesome cars. However, the amazing relationship we have with the Infiniti of Nashua service department would be hard, if not impossible, to replace.

My Review Of Infiniti of Nashua:

When we bought our Infiniti, we initially dealt with Van over a period of two years. He was friendly, knowlegeable and always courteous.

Claire came to our house to explain the Navigation System. She was very pleasant and knowlegeable.

Unfortunately, shortly after we bought our Infiniti, it needed an engine replacement. Chris, in the service dept., was very helpful and professional on this an other occasions when we had questions or needed service.

My Review Of Infiniti of Nashua:

Everytime I bring my car in for service, which is every 3000 miles, I am always appreciative of the high quality of service and respect Infiniti gives me and my time.

When I arrive I am immediately greeted by either Christopher Holt or Glenn Wallace. Both are very professional in what they do. I have learned to trust their judgement and their recommendations.

I also have had good experiences with the service department every time I call for an appointment. They are pleasant to talk to and put their best effort forward in accommodating with an appointment that fits into my schedule.

My Review Of Infiniti of Nashua:

What a friendly bunch of people they have in the Infiniti of Nashua Service department. After I bought the G35 sports from then last July I was pleased to receive a visit from Claire from their customer after sales dept. She took over 2 hours to show me how to work the technology I thought i'd figured out. There is a lot of technology in that car and I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of everything about the car. I thought I'd stumped her with a question on bluetooth/address book downloading/and my Motorola KAZR, but she had an answer for that too! Sometime later I had a follow up call explain the answer to an obscure question I had about "Ripping" MP3 CDs. Moving ahead to my first service call; what a pleasure that was! I was greated my a friendly guy who took some details and was show the waiting room. I was pleased to beable to connect to their wireless network to carry on working. 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready. They also cleaned my car too! That was a nice surprise. My second visit was 3 weeks ago and the service was just as good. What was interesting was chatting to some of the people waiting for their cars. I told them I was suprised how friendly the staff were in this overworked, underpaid day and age and they remarked they had been coming here for years and actually looked forward to it. They knew most of the staff my first names, I'm not there yet. But I'm looking forward to my next visit. The last service person I dealt with was Chris Holt. I forgot the first service guy I dealt with, it could be Bob or Geoff.
