Chris Jamison at Glenn Hyundai

Chris was extremely helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I had not actually planned on buying so soon, but Chris's helpfulness, knowledge, and friendliness made me feel comfortable in moving ahead. He was never pushy, and he was very understanding as I weighed my options. Chris was also supported by a friendly financing staff and management. I have already recommended Chris and Glenn Hyundai to several friends.

Chris was great to work with. I was lookinhg at several different cars and narrowed it down to two. Chris was never pushy or trying to make me commit on the spot, as did other salesmen. I may have even liked the other car better, but I would rather deal with Chris and Brian at Glenn Hyundai.

Glenn made the car buying process, which I usually dread, very easy. I never felt pressured and thought everyone I dealt with was very up front with us during the entire process. When it's time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely let Glenn have the first chance at my business.

*I also purchased the vehicle I traded in from Glenn Nissan in 2002 with no problems during that transaction either.

The sales associate and sales manager went out of their way to help me buy a car hassle free. Would highly reccomend Glenn Hyundai for a car purchase.

Not pushy. Great price on the vehicle. Was willing to negotiate. Bought a Demo that wasn't detailed. I am taking it back next week and they are going to detail it for free. As good an experience that I could expect.

Negotiated a contract and was very pleased....but had some difficulty over a change in the contract due to "limited credit history" - credit rating was excellent, but limited. After giving a poor rating on dealerrater, the dealer contacted us and worked everything out to our satisfaction....they could not have been nicer.

The original problem should not have occurred, but they were outstanding in taking care of it....I would rate them a 5 accross the board EXCEPT for one very rude sales manager (there are others that are fantastic) and their not communicating that the contract could change if the credit rating was not to their satisfaction.

I hope they will make some changes concerning these things....if so, I plan on dealing with them in the future.
