Jesus was very friendly and communicative when trying to book our service appointment. We were able to send him a video of what was wrong with the car, and he was able to order the part so that we only had book our service appointment. We were able to send him a video of what was wrong with the car, and he was able to order the part so that we only had to visit once for warranty installation work. A truly exceptional servicing experience. While waiting around the dealership for our Mazda to be serviced, I had a great experience with Jimmy. He showed me around some new Mazdas and was not pushy in the slightest which I really appreciated. Overall a very positive experience, we will be coming back for any servicing and purchasing needs.
