Chris Maughon at Milton Martin Toyota

Chris Maughon was the reason we chose to buy a Toyota. Our family didn't see much difference in price or quality between the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey so the decision came down to the sales experience. Chris did a great job working with us. During the test drive he pointed out the features of the Toyota Sienna and compared them to the Odyssey and admitted when the Honda was a little better in an area but wasn't overtly negative. The other dealerships we worked with spent more time trashing the competitors rather than selling their own product. Chris Maughon earned our trust and our business during the test drive and the easy negotiating process. I hope to purchase a new truck from Chris in the near future.

I FIRST MADE CONTACT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP BY INTERNET, CHRIS RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. I FOLLOWED UP WITH A VISIT A FEW DAYS LATER. I WAS NOT SURE WHAT CAR I WANTED,HAD BEEN LOOKING AND VISITING MANY DEALERSHIPS OVER THE PREVIOUS FEW MONTHS. I HAD TEST DRIVEN SO MANY VEHICLES AND EVEN TOOK SEVERAL FROM OTHER DEALERS HOME OVERNIGHT. I MADE MANY TRIPS BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND WHEN CHRIS WASN'T AVAILABLE I DEALT WITH JASON WERNER. We recently purchased a new 4 Runner Limited that is our retirement car :-) On our first trip out of state the front windshield cracked due to a rock hitting it! After filing with our insurance under comprehensive, our sales rep Chris Maughon gave us the great news that Tommy Martin had offered to cover the deductible so that we could replace with the Toyota factory glass! Not only has Chris been our advocate but helped us through the purchase process in a most professional manner. We looked elsewhere but came back to Martin Toyota as they offered the best deal without any hassle. These guys know their business!
