My experience at Princeton Audi was excellent. Chris Ritches was knowledgeable about the car that I chose. He explained the features that were important to me and he helped me decide what car would work best. Rich Martini was efficient, professional and really nice throughout the car-buying process. I was delighted to work with such a great team.

Chris is very knowledgable and worked hard to ensure I got the vehicle I desired. Chris ensured I got the appropriate incentives. He reviewe dtrhe vehiclke and ensured it was in perfect order. Chris review the vehicle with me and ensured all the setups wher customized to my liking. Overall an excellent purchase experience and I will return to Princeton Audi for my next vehicle purchase. They we're hen they went out of there way to get the car really great at working out what I thought was going to be a complicated deal but Chris made it very. Easy for me and it really made me excited about getting the car

Below are the reasons why I rated the experience the way I did. There are questions, concerns and praise:

I noticed when I returned home, the gas tank was half full, but read on the CPO certificate that I was suppose to receive a full tank?

I'm not sure when pre-owned cars are delivered to the customer if they are inspected inside, but the condition was filthy. There where dirt marks and what looked like food particles on the roof and door sills. My wife was able to wipe the car down and make the appearance a little nicer.

As with most pre-owned cars, there are going to be nicks and dings. The front of the car does in fact have a few chips that I pointed out to the sales rep. Couldn't the dealership provide me with a complimentary touch up paint?

Also, the sales rep did not go over 1 function of the car. This being my first Audi, It's really going to take some time to figure out how to use the controls.

I do have to point out, Princeton Audi was the only dealer that gave me aggressive pricing and a big Thank You to Troy, the Preowned Manager for working out a great deal!

We found the sales team willing to work with us on the price of our vehicle to get to a price we were comfortable with spending. When an issue came up with the car after delivery, the whole team was willing to do whatever we needed to make it right.

Chris was diligent in helping find me the right car meeting the constraints I had to make the purchase. He did not pressure to buy something and there were no surprises in the end. I am a very satisfied customer and enjoyed doing business with Chris.
