The pricing and service on my car were exceptional. They made the transitioin very easy and took care of all problems. It was a nice touch to be introduced to the service department and shown low cost maintenance options. Good follow up on issues - even on a Saturday.

We called from Bellevue to see if they had the Yukon that we seen on the computer. Chris answered the phone and let us know that they still had it. He offered to call us why we were driving to let us know if it got sold why we were driving. I really appreciated this because we were driving pretty far to see it. He was very friendly and helpful when we went there. He was also pretty helpful. He did not try selling us a vehicle that we did not want and he worked on the price with us until we got what we wanted. I really would like to thank him for his patience with us.

The service we got at Courtesy was excellent! My husband and I were looking for a Dodge Quad Cab in a specific price range and Chris helped us find the one that suited our needs perfectly. Chris was very helpful and answered all of our questions honestly. He is extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable, like we've known him forever. He introduced us to the people in the service department and the parts department and showed us around the place. Chris is one of the few that pulls no punches. Everything was straight up and honest. They gave us a great deal on our trade in as well as the vehicle we bought. We honestly didn't feel like we were food for a vulture. We will no longer deal with the dodge dealer in greenville. Instead we will go the extra miles to go see this place!
