My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
Best experience I've had at a dealership. From my internet chat with Jonathan and sales experience with Chris Singleton Bald Hill Kia is a great place to buy or lease. Chris's no pressure sales style was very welcome after dealings with a few other dealerships prior. He was knowledgeable, friendly ans so accomodating. I will be back when the lease on my 2012 Kia Soul is up, thanks guys!

I think the people at Bald Hill KIA were great, all through the whole process which was a lot easier than I have experienced in the past. They all seem to work together to get us the car and fiancing I needed like one big family. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. No pressure and a great car for our family. In my book they are a 5* dealer. And had a car quick and easy. Thanks again Steve

My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
A fantastic group of people to work with from the first day I walked into the dealership. Very pleasant and informative.
They work as a team and I appreciate that. If someone didn't know something they would source the information for me and get back to me immediately.

Bought my first Kia and I wasn't even on the market for a Kia, but these guys here did a fantastic job selling me on it.
So far (almost 3 months) I am still one happy customer. Kia has come a very long way (so i have been told).

Both Sales and Service Department has a great group that works well together. I have had the pleasure working with some of them on small things (i.e: new mats, new mud flaps) and the service is impecable!

Look forward to my years working with them and who knows, maybe getting another Kia.

Chris was very fair and honest about the price. He helped me get a great finance rate for my loan.

Chris went on the test drives with me. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He helped me make the decision for the car that is best for me.

My overall experience with this dealership was fabulous! Friendly, willing to work with you and smiling! They made me feel as a consumer that my business was the number one priority and not telling me what they were going through personally or if they were not going to make their quota for the month, if I did not drive away with a new vehicle. I went to Bald Hill Kia after I had a very bad customer service experience with another dearlership. I had wish I had gone to Bald Hill Kia first. I called and was connected with Rob Baker, the Sales Manager, and he said to come into Bald Hill Kia and speak with them and they would help me. He had assigned Chris Singleton to my account and Chris was so friendly and accommodating, I would recommend him to any customer. The owner is very nice and Bald Hill Kia is family owned and the family has been in the car dealership for many, many years. 3 or 4 generations. I leased a Kia Sportage and they had shown me the vehicle on the showroom floor, which I loved. Exactly what I was looking for. Going through the financing office was easy and the woman that was in that office was friendly and smiling and accommodating. I have already recommended Bald Hill Kia to a friend of mine and gave her one of the referral vouchers that the dealership gave to me with all of my paperwork. (hopefully she uses it!) Once again, thank you Bald Hill Kia for turning my awful customer service experience with the other dealership into a nice, accommodating and actually fun experience! KUDOS to Rob Baker and Chris Singleton!!!!!

my experience with bald hill kia was fantastic-i leased my kia forte-5 door-i love my car-my salesperson was chris singleton-he was a wonderful-very thorough-i met the manager-rob bsker-he wanted to make sure i was pleased with chris which i was totally happy-when chris was away from his desk another salesperson josh ostrow would come talk to me--i was extremely happy i went to bald hill kia-i give everyone i spoke with an excellent rating.

I dread going to car dealers and have always avoided buying a new car. My wife talked me into stopping in at Bald Hill Kia because she wanted to buy a new car and had heard so much about the Sorento. Well we are glad we did because we ended up with terrific value at a great price, one of the two best warranties in the industry and the nicest salesperson to deal with, Chris Singleton. He didn't push. He wasn't condescending. He listened and offered affordable alternatives. ANd we bought - and are glad we did. We found the overall experience to be very pleasurable and would recommend both Chris and the dealership without any hesitation.

This has been the best experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership. The
sales person ( Chris Singelton) was not pushy and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He never tried to pressure me in making a decision. Bob Petraca was awesome to deal with. He was very honest, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable while figuring out the best option for me in my price range. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I wouldn't hesitate to lease another vehicle from them in the future.
