Chris Tara-Browne was an outstanding person directing me to the process to sell my car. I am a disable person moving around in a wheelchair. In another word, a real human being caring for another human being. Not a person in a job just to make a living.. Very rare to encounter with such people today.. Manly Honda in Santa Rosa could be proud and graceful to have such employee. As well, the Nabil Blaik Toufe the person who came to my house to present me with the official documents to sign and who drove away with my car was exceptionally nice and understanding and explained to me thoroughly the process of paperwork. We were greeted in the parking lot by Svetlana who was just great. We met with our internet sales rep Chris whom is Svetlana's husband and we thought that was great as well. Dave was a very friendly fin just great. We met with our internet sales rep Chris whom is Svetlana's husband and we thought that was great as well. Dave was a very friendly finance manager, and did everything he could to help us make this happen. There were a few hang ups several days later but Dave worked his magic and got us an even better deal than previously expected. Making this a great experience for us. Fantastic! More

Great Service from Chris Chris helped to get me into a 2019 Honda Fit lease, after years of driving Civics leased from Manly. I love it! Chris Tara-Brown is an A+ , wish it all ended there. I really enjoyed working with Chris Tara-Brown. He made himself available to me at all times and helped me in making the right decisions. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him. After I picked out my car it was off to the finance department (Dave Sambad). I have excellent credit so I was not concerned. I spent the next 30 minutes saying the words no thank you as I was intimidated, bullied and made to feel small. The whole thing made me cry. I was told that I obviously did not care about my car if I did not need all these add ons. NO MEANS NO!!!! The guy even started acting angry as he handled the paperwork in an irritated fashion. The whole thing was creepy as I felt attacked and I wondered if I would have gotten the same treatment had I been a male. More
