My Review of Lexus of Edison:
Chris was a really nice guy.
I needed a car very suddenly, and I visited the dealership for a used car.
He worked with us to adjust the price so that we could get a car we really wanted for the price we could afford. He made us feel like he really cared about us, and he did the best he could for everything we asked for. Paperworks were easy too. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wishes to purchase a Lexus.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
The entire dealership is a first class operation. I needed to find a certified used car for my son and they hand picked the car according to my specifications. The sales team did not try to pressure me into the sale, instead they worked with me to satisfy my requirements. I was so happy with the team approach and espeically my sales person that 2 months later I purchased another car for my wife. I would recommend this dealership without reservation to anyone looking for an honest, customer-focused experience.

I rate Lexus of Edison a "10". They have rendered nothing but highly exceptional and quality service to me for over a year now. Their customer service is outstanding and the GM made sure I was catered to the best. Wayne in Service is also a professional who is kind and caring. But most of all this would not of happened if I had not met the most geniunely sincere and professional salesperson, Mr. Chris Young. Chris has catered to my needs and has constantly went out of his way to provide me with 5 Star Service at all times. I have only experienced quality & elite service from this fine dealership. CUDOS to Management, Service and of course my awesome salesman, Chris.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
Chris Young was very helpful all through the sales process. He was off on Friday but came over to office upon our request. We had several questions on the Lexus SUV, and indeed went back & forth on new versus used, different used models, feature comparison etc. Chris Young patiently answered all our queries. We enjoyed the courteous and wholesome sales experience. We were not impressed with the 'maintenance support' team - they did not provide a good response to our query on the drive axle status.
