Working with Richie Silverman at Schumacher Volvo Cars of The Pam Beaches is / was the best experience we EVER had in purchasing a new car. Looking for the best car / best value for our family was not a The Pam Beaches is / was the best experience we EVER had in purchasing a new car. Looking for the best car / best value for our family was not an easy task and Richie was helpful to navigate that journey for us. Our current car was coming off lease and we decided we didn’t want to go back into another lease because of the “higher” interest rates. Keeping our budget as part of our final decision Richie listened to our “wants”, “needs”, and “budget”. Richie helped us choose the right car to fit our lifestyle and he was able to work with us to put the keys of our new VOLVO into our hands and we are forever grateful. Thank You Richie Another staff member Christian (in the Service Department) was helpful too. Christian explained the process of future service(s) for our car and explained the importance of following the regular scheduled maintenance plan as well as what is covered by VOLVO. The entire staff here at Schumacher Volvo Cars of The Pam Beaches is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all their vehicles. I returned with a few questions in the following days and everyone there was able to answer my questions, they were able to give me more information just re-affirming we made the “right choice”. I have had my Volvo serviced here since 2019 and Christian Pineda is amazing, he is trustworthy, thorough, personable, and a great communicator. Recently I had damaged the suspension components and Christian Pineda is amazing, he is trustworthy, thorough, personable, and a great communicator. The service staff was able to fit me in and address a required service issue. The great service began with a phone chat , followed up by a call to me by my service advisor (Christian). He was able to required service issue. The great service began with a phone chat , followed up by a call to me by my service advisor (Christian). He was able to get me in for a quick look and then arranged the repair for the next day. Everything went perfectly and reinforces my selection of Vomvo and Schumacher! More
