Christina was a pleasure to deal with. She offered a no hassle way to make a deal on a new tacoma pickup while answering all my questions concerning the new truck, options, and financing options. I would definately purchase new vehicles from kings toyota in the future even though they are an hour and a half away.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent purchase from King's Toyota!! Christina Richmond in sales was absolutely wonderful and made the expreience so very easy!! I was somewhat nervous prior to coming to the dealership and she was just great and gave us such wonderful service! She is an absolute professional!! The financial end of the deal was so very easy, also, and I give a huge thanks to Tom Smith for being so helpful and knowledgeable!! Just an awesome experience all around and this is the second Toyota that we have bought from King's and we highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!! Thanks you!!!!!

My Review of Kings Toyota:
When I walked into Kings Toyota I was going through the motions to be certain I had made the right choice on ANOTHER car. So I drove the Rav4 and pretty much to my amazement I fell in love with it. After 2 days of haggling with the other dealership for the small SUV I thought I wanted, my mind was exhausted at the thought of having to start over...good thing I didn't have to. From start to finish my buying experience was calm and easy...no haggling involved. Christina, my salesperson, was upfront about the price. No starting with what 'payment I could afford' angle, which pleased me to no end. So I walked in to buy and in no time at all the transaction was done. I have never purchased such a big ticket item so easy and hassle free in my 52 years. So, would I recomment Kings Toyota and Christina Richmond to my friends? The answer is a resounding YES!

But...the service didn't stop there. A few weeks ago, nearly 3 months after my purchase, I locked my keys in my car at a nearby grocery store. Somewhat panicked I called Kings and relayed my dilema. The person answering the phone said 'let me transfer you to Christine, I believe she's here and might be able to help you'. Christine called the service department hoping to cut a new key for me, but they had just closed. So she offered to pick me up herself, drive me home to get my spare key and drive me back to my car. Rescue complete. Now that's going above and beyond. I just hope she's still there when I purchase my next new car!!

She spent a lot of time with us, both before, during and after the test drive, and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking a stupid question. She was easy to talk with, had a ready laugh, and made the whole experience a joy. She's great!

Christiana was very knowledgable and easy to work with-she is the first care sales person that made us feel that she was working for us-not just the dealership. We love our Sienna Limited. When we went to get license plates, the agent said she was looking for a Rav 4-we referred her to Christiana at Kings. We are loyal Toyota owners and Kings provides the best selection, price and service in our area. Keep hiring bright sales women like Christiana who truly listen and respect the customer.
