Thank you for choosing Rallye BMW for your service needs! I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Service at this dealer is good; however, any follow-up that is needed is not attended to. After leaving repeated e-mails and voice mails to both service managers for almost 2 months and not receiving any that is needed is not attended to. I simply went to this location for an oil change, as soon as I got to my destination the hood open alarm wouldn’t stop. My original person that was helping me told me he couldn’t do anything and that they didn’t do this. Even though prior to going, my car was fine. Chris came and saved the day and agreed someone messed up at that location and sent me on my way. More

I have been dealing with George Javier for a number of years now with multiple vehicles ,he goes out of his way to make the transaction move smoothly . This time was no different although there were a few years now with multiple vehicles ,he goes out of his way to make the transaction move smoothly . This time was no different although there were a few problems with my trade in that were my fault George went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells and helped us build an X5 for my wife that she is extremely happy with. We dealt with Victoria Sarocco to finalize the financing. She was a pleasure to deal with, informed me of all of my options, and was not pushy in any way . More
