My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
I have been looking for a vehicle for 6 months or more and have been to every dealership in upstate SC and this is the first dealership that was helpful, honest, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Chris Crump and he knew every answer that I asked about the car. I couldn't have been happier with how professional the dealership was and very respectful with my interests. Not only is the car amazing, but the service plan offered for 5 years is even better. I am extremely pleased with my experience here at Paramount Volvo and I would definitely recommend anyone go and visit this dealership and work with Chris!

This was a great dealership to work with. Ned was friendly but not pushy and really seemed interested in what I wanted. He took the time to show me what I wanted to see and made the whole experience very pleasant. He was quick to find other people to provide answers for anything he was unfamiliar with and I would certainly not hesitate to see him the next time I'm shopping for a car. Chris, who deals more with Volvo's and Raymond, the Sales Manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. They took my interests very seriously and were able to give me a great deal and the exact car I wanted. They did not push me to take options that I didn't want and again, I would not hesitate to deal with either of them in the future. All in all a very positive experience.

It was a pleasure to deal with Paramount Volvo. They took the time to find the cars in the colors I was interested in so I could decide on the colors I wanted both exterior and interior and not have to drive far away to see them. The price negotiation was easy and we came to an agreement quickly. They took the time to search for a car that matched my requirements and when they could not, they found a slot on the assembly line that had a car that could suit my needs. When the car arrived, they took the time to go over the features in detail and any all my questions. The showroom is very clean as well as the service dept. I look forward to bringing my car in for maintenance over the next 5 years.

Excellent purchasing experience! Christopher had the car we thought we wanted to buy ready for us to check out, and when my wife decided she wanted something different, he quickly shifted gears to the new one and took care of everything thoroughly and efficiently. Besides ensuring that we understood everything about the new car, he also followed up with us to ensure that there were no issues or clarifications needed. Additionally, Paramount was offering an incredible deal on trade-ins, so we were able to get the new vehicle with only a very slight increase in our current lease payment. Finally, Raymond walked us through all aspects of the lease agreement, ensuring that there were no issues there. All in all, one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had.
