Steve Cristantiello went out of his way to help me with the second purchase, even meeting me at one of Bill Volz' other shops for me to perform a test drive. Chris Grippo met me for the final signing, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. A professional experience all around. Pricing was more than fair. Steve has earned me as a loyal customer, and I will be seeing him for my future vehicle purchases. Highly recommended! More

Good experience My husband and I have been leasing cars for over 20 years through many different dealers and ,unfortunately, all too often the experience was not plea My husband and I have been leasing cars for over 20 years through many different dealers and ,unfortunately, all too often the experience was not pleasant. Misleading sales people and unexpected changes at the time of finance were often cause for dismay and anger, however, that was not the case at Bill Volz. Our experience there was quite the opposite. My lease was soon to be up on my Toyota Hylander and I was not sure if I was going to lease another Toyota or go with Jeep. I had priced the Jeeps elsewhere and thought they were out of my price range. On a whim I decided to walk into Bill Volz and had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted and where I needed to be money wise. I had never walked into a dealer by myself but Chris made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went back a couple of days later to make a deal.Chris had the day off, and I did not want to give my business to another salesman but was assured that Steve and Chris worked together. Steve was just as helpful, polite and courteous as Chris. I hope when my lease is up in three years these two fine young men are still there so I may do business with them again. Thank you Chris and Steve for a wonderful experience (for a change). More

A bad experience at another jeep dealer closer to my home brought me to the door of Bill Volz. Called and spoke one day to Shari who could not have been nicer and more helpful. Shari connected me with Chris brought me to the door of Bill Volz. Called and spoke one day to Shari who could not have been nicer and more helpful. Shari connected me with Chris and we hit it off immediately. No xx, no smoke and mirrors, no heavy handed sales pressure. Chris listened to what I wanted, educated me about the new engines and the oft talked about 9 speed tranny. Spoke directly to my concerns and provided me with options for ME to choose from. Honestly, a pleasure to deal with Chris and a real feeling of trust resulted. A rarity in the auto sales process. Always cautious about purchasing a new vehicle in its first year of introduction I felt confident with Jeeps tranny proving process with the 9 speed and was sold on the car once I sat in the comfortable seats and experienced the I4 tiger sharks ride, quietness and power. Pleased to continue my relationship with the Jeep brand from my first 1987 Jeep Cherokee through my 1993 Grand Cherokee, 2001 Grand, two more Cherokees, one for me and one for my son, a great off road Wrangler Sahara and now a sweet redo on the Cherokee nameplate that even my wife likes to drive. I traded in a Toyota Tacoma to get a Jeep Wrangler and Chris was extremely helpful. I was worried that I would lose money by trading it in to a dealership as opposed to selling it privately, but he expla Chris was extremely helpful. I was worried that I would lose money by trading it in to a dealership as opposed to selling it privately, but he explained thuroughly about the sales tax savings I would receive and worked extremely hard to get me maximum price on my trade in. When I finally got my wrangler, I couldn't be happier. Chris was on vacation when the Wrangler came in, but explained that fully to me when I was shopping and gave me every option to either pick it up before he left, after he got back or had several of his coworkers that could get the car ready for me for pickup. I declined dealing with anyone else, I waited a few days for Chris to get back. I am glad I waited! Chris even made sure to send me pictures of the jeep when it finally arrived. On day of pickup, Chris had everything ready for me, insurance all set, registration all set, he swapped my plates and explained how everything worked inside the jeep. I have purchased cars in the past that were a headache to get, this was not one of them! Chris was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be reccommending him to my friends. Oh yeah, and I love the Wrangler!!! Thanks Chris!! More

I think that Bill Volz of Westchester and of Torrington were great. I have NO complaints about them. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and ended up in the car we wanted, how were great. I have NO complaints about them. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and ended up in the car we wanted, however Meadowland of Carmel sent us running around from one dealership to another looking for the car we wanted. The car we wanted was suppose to be there and a call was made to ensure it was, but when we arrived it was not there, even though Meadowland ensured us it was. So when the car was missing we called Chris at the Westchester location and he called every dealer to locate the car for us. We then went to Torrington to see the car and one of the sales associates there stayed late so we could see the car. We loved it and decided to get it and went over some details expecting to buy the car in Torrington, but since it could not be certified pre owned there (which we wanted), they worked it out to have the car sent back to Westchester for us so that we could get the certified preowned. Chris at the Westchester office and the associate at the Torrington office were focused on making us happy and did a phenomenal job, but I feel that the Meadowland office had such a large innovatory we were just another number to them and they didn't seem to care if we drove clear over there to look at a car that wasn't there. Meadowland needs to get their act together like the Westchester and Torrington locations and start treating their customers like a valued person and not just another number. They also need to keep better track of their innovatory, because sending customers somewhere that the car clearly isn't is just unacceptable! I would not recommend Meadowland of Carmel to anyone, but I would however HIGHLY recommend the Westchester and Torrington offices, because we had a phenomenal experience at both of them and will look there for future car needs! :) More
