Christopher List at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis

I had a great experience at this dealer, and recommend it strongly. I shopped around online with various companies and found a perfect car at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I sent an e-mail requesting more information on a Sunday when they were closed and I received an e-mail from Chris List on Monday morning stating the car was still available and to come in and look at it. I'm glad I did, because every step was a breeze, from the test drive to financing. Chris is very courteous and professional - he offered water and coffee multiple times. The dealership itself is very clean and welcoming, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Spectacular customer service from start to finish! Chris has helped me purchase 3 cars now. I had exceptional service with each purchase (my GX & my new RX450H). My last purchase was for my mom and it wasn't even a Lexus. I asked Chris to help us find a used car for my parents. We gave him the information on what we were looking for and within 24 hours he had a viable candidate for us to look at the Lexus dealership. He took the time to familiarize himself with the car history etc... to help us have an even better test drive experience. The care wan't ready to be driven home so Chris actually delivered the car to my parents who live over an hour away. Can not be more thankful for all of his help.

If you are in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend Sheehy. I found my saleswoman Kelly List and her husband Chris to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. I am a female buyer. Prior to visiting Sheehy I went to another local MD Lexus dealer. After 15 minutes in the place I walked out. On the advise of another female buyer I went to Sheehy and was not disappointed. My buying experience exceeded my expectations and I received a very competitive price. I would without hesitation send any friend or relative in the market for a Lexus to Kelly and the team at Sheehy. Their support didn't stop when I drove off the lot. They continue to support me as I learn how to use all of the technology in the car. Thank you Kelly and Chris. You two are the best!!

We used their internet sales website to look at the inventory and ask for assistance. Chris List immediately followed up with us about our interest in a CT200 hybrid. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions about the hybrid technology. It really helped that he owned the vehicle and could answer questions from first hand experience.
The sales process was also very simple. Chris had everything ready and prepared when we arrived, we just had to sign on the dotted line.

Chris List is the best new car salesperson with whom I have ever worked. The Sheehy dealership was the best car buying experience of my life. Since I live in Washington, D.C., I had no intention of purchasing or leasing a car so far away from home in late March 2011. Chris List, the superior quality of the Lexus automobile, and the customer orientation of the dealership laid aside any concerns about distance from my home. Ten months after leasing my car, I am still highly satisfied with every aspect of this dealership. My friends who live in Annapolis speak very highly of the dealership in terms of its reputation and its outreach to the community.

I've purchased several cars at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis with Chris List. Chris has always been professional, friendly and he knows his cars. The dealership itself is top notch and classy, but yet everyone remains friendly and always with a smile.

The main reason I keep coming back to Sheehy Lexus is how they treat you, plus free car washes. I've developed relationships with folks there, I know Chris and of his family and such. I see Al from Sales at the local gym on Kent Island and speak with him as we are both Marines. Doug King is a great guy as well. Overall a great staff, professional but they all keep it personal, you don't feel like a number, nor do you feel they are trying to reach a sales goal for the month.

I will continue to come back and to advise my friends to buy their next car from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis.

I found the car online and ended up brokering the entire deal online. Chris was incredibly helpful, attentive and patient with all of my questions. I was purchasing from out of state so I flew to BWI to pick up the car. Chris met me at the airport, drove me to the dealership and had all the paperwork done and car "review" completed in less than 90 minutes. Hands down the most pleasant and painless car purchase I've ever made!

My wife and I were very impressed with Chris' knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. We were especially appreciative of the time and patience he displayed in familiarizing two technologically challenged baby boomers with our car's many high-tech features. We have already recommended him to a relative who is considering purchasing a new Lexus.

Chris was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not have the color of car I wanted on the lot, but Chris located one for in less than a day. When my husband and I returned to make the purchase, Chris had most of the paperwork completed so we did not have to waste much time on the paperwork. When we are in the market again, we will return to Annapolis Lexus and ask for Chris.
