My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We purchased a used Durango from Maria / Mike. I worked initially with Maria on the phone and she was upfront with me on the value of my trade-in. She promised me she would get me the highest value for it she could, and when we arrived and they looked it over, and they met my price. The Durango is just as promised and our experience was worth the trip into Chicago.

Chris in the Finance dep't was great in explaining all the details of the warranty package and the title paperwork.

I would tell anyone to contact the gang above when considering a purchase. The price was right and the service, although they are SUPER busy, was excellent. I certainly see why they have so many out-of town customers.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The only thing I regret about buying a car from Sheldon is that I did not do it sooner. I wasted about a week of trying to find the best lowest price and getting the absolute best offer from many dealerships only to go in to each of them and learn that was not the case. I encountered rude pushy and misleading sales people everywhere else EXCEPT AT NAPLETONS.
I actually physically went into the dealership on a few seperate occasions and told Sheldon that I had a better offer. Each time he told me to go check it out he would be there for me when I found out, the other was lying to me. This happened twice, and after the last time of being mislead by another dealership, I called Sheldon and said I would be in to buy from him the next day. When I arrived, we quickly went over numbers, (it didnt take long because he stuck by his word and the price was what he told me all along). Where I was most suprised was he was more than able to help me get a lower interest rate than I thought I would be able to get. I STRONGLY URGE anyone to trust these guys and let them try to work something out for you with financing, the misconception of dealerships trying to rip you off with their financing simply is not true here. If Sheldon would not have been confident and true to his word through this whole process I most likely would have said no to requesting financing information.

At no time was I feeling like I was being had, or that they were trying to rip me off. Sheldon took a straight forward honest approach in selling me the car and simply asked for the business. I am sure if I would have kept heckling with other dealerships, I probably could have found a car a tad cheaper than what I payed. but walking out of there, I felt like I was the one who got the great deal.

I realize that dealerships are in the business of making people feel comfortable in the buying process, and if you want that, GO HERE. They did just that, and they did it masterfully.

When Sheldon and I worked out the numbers and had everything done, I then worked with Chris the finance manager to finalize things. Just as Sheldon was, Chris maintained the utmost level of professionalism and sincerity in helping me out.

I am in sales and I understand that in a sales process for almost anything, especially something like a car, you dont buy the car, you buy the salesman, and working with Sheldon and Chris confirmed the fact that I got the best deal that I possibly could.

If you are reading this, PLEASE do yourself a favor, save your time and energy, and buy from this dealership. Going to other ones will only confuse you and cause a lot of back and forth hassle that you just dont need.

I bought my car a little over 24 hours ago and I have already referred this dealership to two people.

People like Chris and Sheldon are why this dealership is so successful.

Thank you gentleman. I can assure you that you have a customer for life.

We recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT from Napleton's Northwestern. They gave us an outstanding price and great financing that could not be matched anywhere else in the area. Maria was great to work with and she worked within our budget. We were in a time crunch on the day of the purchase and she was extra accommodating. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and said hello. Also, Chris, the finance manager, was very nice to work with. We would recommend Napleton's Northwestern to anyone looking for a great deal and a nice "pressure-free" environment.

I felt that the service that was provided to me was excellent. They covered everything that I might have a question or concern about later. Suzy made me feel part of every step and explained things to me when I wasnt to sure about. I didnt feel rushed they took their time and made sure I knew every step being taken. Once I walked in the door I felt a comfortable atmosphere. Suzy Reingold and Christopher Squillo were very helpful and I hope to do business with them again soon.

Our experience with Napleton was great. This is our first car purchase together and it went pretty smooth. John made us feel comfortable and did everything he could to get us in a car we wanted. Our first choice fell through but he helped with suggestions to find us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. John bent over backwards to get us a better APR then we anticipated as well. The actual finance portion was pretty easy as well. We hit a little wall but John and the finance person(I don't remember his name but he was great as well)got us past it in a jiffy. We drove off the lot very happy and satisfied. John took care of us the whole time and even watched as we drove away.

I visited several dealers and found that the folks at Napleton were straight forward and candid during our discussions. I was very unhappy with another dealer in the Chicagoland area (typical bait and switch approach) and found this crew quite refreshing. Very competitive on price, although not the lowest but they earned my business with their integrity. Plan to visit them to look at the Jeep Overland in January.

Great team to work with, set up time to meet in advance with Suzy, when I arrived at the dealership, Suzy was prepared and had all the options set for me, from vehicles I wanted to look at, to all the various purchase options. Then I worked with Chris on the financing, he offered multiple solutions that met my requirements. Once I made the decision on the solution best for me, all paperwork was completed (mean while Suzy was having the vehicle washed and made ready for me)and I was on my way, driving off in the exact Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for! I recommend the Napleton team, great prices plus great customer service---from a buyer's standpoint---a GREAT combination!

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Mr. Sheldon Joy was truly a "joy" to work with. We had such a bad experience at Sherman Dodge and advised him that we wanted NO GAMES and a good experience. Mr. Joy Delivered! I particularly appreciated his overall tact when dealing with our less than perfect credit issues. He spent many hours showing us almost every Jeep on the lot and never appeared to get aggravated and always paid very close attention to all of our misc. questions. Although we did have to negotiate for a while over the price, i didnt mind negotiating with him. His overall attitude was fantastic even as he had to stay past closing to finish our deal. Tony was gentlemen too. Finally I didnt catch the name of "the big finance guy" but i did speak with him on two seperate occasions and he assured me that he was going to get us financed.....and he did. GREAT VEHICLE, Good price and all together a decent experience buying this vehicle. Mr. Sheldon Joy is ,in fact, the type of salesman we all want but never get. until now. Ask for him by name!! Thank you Napleton.
