My Review of Airport Honda:
We have had several dealings with Frank Cardwell and many many dealing with Chuck Percival. They are two of the most caring, pleasant men we have ever dealt with anywhere. We make it a practice to only go to Airport Honda. The other local dealership simply doesn't care whethere they make a sale or not. Chuck will go out of his way for you. He calls afterwards to make sure you're happy and will do anything in his power to make sure the ordeal or buying a car, used or new is a happy experience. Frank handles the financial end of the entire deal and what a delightful man to deal with. Not pushy at all like so many in that role, and helps you to figure out what is best for your situation. Hopefully they'll stay there for many years to come. We bought a used car from them for our daughter and the seats happened to be wrong for her and by the third day she had such back pain she could barely walk. We called them, they said bring it back and we swapped out for another car. How many dealerships do you know that would do that for you? They went the extra mile which was so appreciated. They want to make sure you're happy and satisfied. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Chuck and Frank for everything you've done for us.

My Review of Airport Honda:
We shopped the other local Honda dealership and they would not work with us at all. They told us that due to a part shortage that they would stand firm on their price of a new Accord. We walked out and drove a few miles to Airport Honda. A total different experience, warm friendly greetings form Erik Foster and Chuck Perciful. I simply showed them the deal sheet from the other store and asked to beat it and we would drive a new Honda away from there. Well a couple of hours later we were rolling away in a fully loaded Accord EX-L for less than a stripped down base with leather from the other store.Chuck has called several times since our purchase just to check in and ask if we needed anything. We will always make Airport our first stop for the next new or used vehicle we purchase and they will do all the service on our Accord. And last but not least, our service experience for our oil change was quick and easy. Airport Honda sets the standard on customer service from start to finish.

I gave this dealership this rating because of both of our buying experiences (2 cars in the last 2 years) have been very pleasant. We bought a Honda Fit from Chuck Perciful in 2009, because a friend had recommended him. This time around, Chuck even adapted to our schedule (came in on his off-hours) so he could help us find a vehicle that satisfied our needs. We were amazed that Chuck remembers so much about his previous customers and already had an idea of what was important to us in a car. We were considering several makes of vehicle in the same class and ended up visiting several dealerships. We chose an Accord because it edged out the others on the features that we were looking for. We chose Airport Honda because we had a good experience the previous time we bought from them. This time was no different -- Chuck, the sales manager, and the finance guy were all very pleasant to work with. After we closed the deal, made the purchase and were ready to take delivery, Chuck took the extra time and care to make sure that we were completely familiar with and satisfied with all the features of our new vehicle. Chuck's one of those guys you wanna keep going back to because he makes the shopping and buying experience pleasant. That's why I keep his card handy.

My Review of Airport Honda:
I have bought a leased 2007 Black Honda Accord from jim Davis and then bougth it from him when the lease was out, It only has 12, 586 miles on it and looks still new....Jim is very good to deal with and any problemsthat arise he takes care of ME/Us.
Chuck was helpful on my Husband and i on a 2008 honda Accord Coupe..The Momey guy/harold brought it to the table and helped us out on the deal as well as Chuck..Love the Red Car..

The overall dealership is great and wish they would only was our cars for free! Thats the only thing , everthing else is great with the Jim and I will contiune to do business with Jim..I love my 2007 Accord and love the new Red 2008 one..so sharp!

Great experience. Chuck took excellent care of me. He worked hard to make my time in the dealership as short as possible. Joe Jemley also worked with me to get the deal completed and get me on the road. Will visit Airport Honda the next time I am in the market for a Honda and I will recommend Airport Honda to all my friends!

My Review of Airport Honda:
My husband and I have been doing business with Airport Honda/Chuck Perciful since about 1993. We just purchased our sixth vehicle from the dealership. However, this is the first used one. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. It is a pleasant environment. I have also dealt with the service department alot through the years. Everyone has taken very good care of me. That's why we keep going back. It's the service after the sale that is important to us. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. I can't say enough about Chuck Perciful. He is such a good person. He has really been helpful to us. He has NEVER tried to sell us something we didn't want. I regret I can't remember the finance managers name that we dealt with. He worked with us quickly and efficiently. We will always go back to Airport Honda for both future purchases and service.
