My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
I've always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and I've visited the Adams Jeep website many of time to check out the customized inventory. I decided to make the trip from Annapolis to Aberdeen to "look" at some options. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but did really expect to purchase. I am in sales myself, and when Crystal approcahed me it was very relaxed and I felt no pressure. She allowed me to look with out trying to sell and because if that, I asked questions and next thing you know, I'm test driving. Crystal was very knowledgable of the jeep products and vehicles.

After the test drive, I fell in love with the Wrangler (2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited). I wanted a custom Wrangler but nothing on the lot was exactly what I was looking for. Crystal introduced me to Chuck to go over various options that fit within my budget. I wanted a black Wrangler but there wasn't one available on the lot but they were expecting one to arrive that day or within the week. My issue, I wanted one before Memorial Day Weekend.

After we narrowed down the Wrangler I was looking for, Crystal worked with Jeff on finance options. I didn't make it easy because of my past troubles and poor credit rating but Jeff was able to work out a deal that fit me best. As I waited for finance and payment options, a Wrangler was delivered...it was exactly what I was looking for but instead of black, it was a black forest green pearl. Jeff and Crystal, explained that even though the black was scheduled to arrive later in the week, they couldn't guarentee anything. They offered the black forest green color, provided some savings, and made a phone call to the bank and worked out a deal. This deal sealed the deal for me.

After several hours, I was signing paperwork, making arrangements for customization, and scheduling pick up 3 days later. I couldn't be more excited and I can't wait to receive my new Wrangler and became apart of the Jeep family. Overall, I was very, very satisfied with Adams Jeep and their team and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Bring on Memorial Day Weekend, sun, fun, and the ladies. Ha ha.

From the time you walk in the door until the time you are driving away in your new Jeep, everyone you encounter is knowledgeable and helpful. They are the Jeep specialists - without question. They are great at assisting you from everything from deciding on what vehicle meets your needs, to accessories, service, and parts. The administrative staff was also exceptional.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
I purchased my Jeep from Keith Cook in 2008, everything went great, fair price and by the book trade in. I then was introduced to John Loucks the service manager when I picked up my new Jeep. I soon started working with Galon and Chuck Racine, to improve my Jeep. They were both very helpfull. Over the last few years I have come to know and work with Jonh Loucks, Danny, David and Sean in service. The service group has done such a great job, I now bring my Mazda Van in for service also. If you want a Jeep, and great service look no further.

Chuck Racine is amazing!! He is incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone that wants to modify their Jeep. I gave him a basic idea of how I wanted my jeep to look and he knew exactly what would look good on my Jeep. He is an artist when it comes to Jeep modifications. Not to mention he is so easy to work with and has a wonderful personality. You will not be disappointed with his work.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
Chuck, was great to work with. He helped me create a great upgrade package to my 08' Jeep Commander Overland. His expert knowledge on what package would work and what to stay away from really helped. Shortly after the upgrades were completed, I took my Jeep into the George Washington Forest in Nelson County VA and it performed flawlessly on the trails. Chuck and his entier team did not let a few setbacks deter them durring the upgrade process. Knowing I had drive alomost 3hours to thier shop they went out of ther way to make sure my Jeep was completed the same day, and that while I waited in the lobby kept me entertained with the occasional joke that I had been there so long they might have to put me to work. The entire staff at Adams are a great group of people. After a full 9 hours of waiting for the work to be complete, my Jeep was done and I am very happy with the results. I plan to return in the comming months for several more upgrades.

Chuck was awsome, and Adams Jeep is well worth the drive.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
Well, just where do I start. I am on my 13th Jeep, and I mean the real ones with the "flat fenders". I am not pompous enough to say I have seen it all, but I have certainly seen enough dealerships to know which ones are never getting my business again. With Adams, I always know the price will be in-line, so that part of the equation is a forgone conclusion. They are in the business to make money, and they should. The difference is they actually bring something to the plate besides a line-up of vehicles. Enter experience, quality, service, relationship, and more!

Like most "Jeepers", I like to tinker and customize. Chuck has seen and built anything I can imagine--twice. He will flat out tell me know when I am coming up with something that does not work or has failed in the past. I trust him. He is not in it for a quick sale, rather he wants me to bring Jeep number 14 to him also. That does not exist in this new age of "show me the numbers" dealerships.

Recently, he put me into a Call of Duty Rubicon. We are working it up with what few things it does not come with, and we are having a blast. The lift kit is guaranteed and warranted by Adams FOR LIFE. No that is not a typo. If you are a pavement pounder, that may not mean anything to you. If you use the Jeep and its off-road capabilities, you will one day run into some issue. It sure feels good to know it won't be your neighbor who knows a little about shocks doing the work to get you going again. Instead, it will be a dealer who stands behind all they do, fixes it with pride, makes you want to come back, and remembers your NAME!

I am not just a number at Adams, rather I am a client (friend). All of the guys there know me and my name, and they all are responsive and good hearted. The key is they have nothing to hide, they are the best around at what they do, and they don't need to tell you that. One trip through the shop for work or a purchase, and you will conclude the same.

With all that being said, I hope you will visit the dealership and make your own opinion. I trust that you will find the same experience I have and be a customer for life.
