Since childhood, I have always had an interest in cars. I think it is really what lead me to want to work for a highline dealership. I have been with Infiniti of Denver since April of 1999. One of the reasons I believe Infiniti of Denver is such a great place to work is because it always has a family type feeling for both the clients & employees. With that being said I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not working.

Just needed routine maintenance on my Q50 so I called Clark and drop it off. He met me at my car with a smile as always, I just needed an oil change and my snow tires installed, he took my information th Clark and drop it off. He called me in less than 2 hours to tell me that he had sent a text with a link to my free vehicle inspection video for me to review, I love this feature of seeing the video from the tech that is working on my car. Turns out they found nothing that need attention. He also told me my car was ready for pickup, then asked me if I needed there Valet service to come pick me up, what a great perk. I did not need that because I was going to bring my wife's QX50 in for the same service work. My car was in the service drive all clean and shiny when I arrived. This is the greatest serviced department I have ever worked with the best. More

I have dealt with Infiniti of Denver for over 12 years and their service department is second to no one. The work is always accomplished in a timely fashion, there is never any “surprise” charges, and our and their service department is second to no one. The second part, however, can only be described as outright exploitation. I have been a loyal Infiniti of Denver customer for over 20 years, yet I was quoted nearly $500 for the replacement of cabin and engine air filters. I declined the service, purchased genuine OEM filters for $40, and replaced them myself in under two minutes—an easier task than refueling the car. This is a simple, tool-free operation that takes a trained technician less than a minute to complete. Choosing to charge such an excessive amount is deeply disappointing and undermines the trust of long-time clients. I would strongly caution any customer—especially women or younger drivers unfamiliar with vehicle maintenance—against relying on this service department without verifying the necessity and fairness of the charges.
