My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
Let me tell you that this dealership is one of a kind. There are not a lot of dealerships out there that have great customer service and do everything possible for you to have a low payment and will do everything for you to get that car. Everyone is extremely friendly and excellent customer service. I work in customer service and thats what I look for when I'm putting money into something. I had a bad experience a couple of days ago at another dealership and then my boyfriend and I came here yesterday and were blown away. Gina greeted us at the door and she was busy with somoene else but still made sure we were acknowledged. Clayton came to help us and didn't get to help us finish the car deal because he had a meeting but was very friendly and later on he was helping us with our car on how to work it. Gina found us a great deal on to lease and did everything possible for us to get a car. I can't thank you enough. Ivo helped us go through the papers and explained everything to us and was cracking jokes with us. It made our first time leasing a car more enjoyable and relaxing. I can't thank you guys enough. No wonder it says number one in customer service beause you do everything possible for the customer and I will be coming to you guys for a very long time. Thank you!!

As a long time customer of Dave Mungenast, I cannot express enough satisfaction with my experiences over the years. This time, for my new purchase, It was recommended that I use Clayton Patterson for my sales agent. My last sales agent had left the business. I cannot thank Clayton enough for his outstanding service on my behalf. Clayton went above and beyond his realm of sales, trying to find me an Accord that I wanted. My Review of Mungenast St. Louis Honda:
This would be our 5th? Honda we have bought from this dealership.

#1. Quality of the Honda product.

#2. Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful, we even have the cars serviced here. Never anywhere else.

#3. We decieded to go through the internet dept. this last time....I hate to sit and haggle over details and price. Clayton Patterson got a price that was fair, and made the whole process less painful. So much so, that when my daughter who is 19 wrecked her car...we came back to Clayton to buy another. Again not a long drawn out affair. Just give me a fair price, treat me with respect...and of course the Honda quality....and I will be back.

Clayton is not the typical "car salesman" AND THAT IS A GOOD THING! Your finance guys are also very nice men explaine everything very well....without high pressure. The service department also are very helpful, and keep our Honda(s) running great.

Our experience with St. Louis Honda was outstanding. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, especially our salesperson, Clayton Patterson. He made our shopping trip into buying experience. We can't imagine making the deal with anyone else. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to accomodate us. Ivo Saric also made the financing as stress-free as possible. We love our Honda Fit and plan to have long relationship with St. Louis Honda. Thanks to all who worked with us!

I have contacted a number of internet managers with my car purchase, and Clayton was the most responsive. He offered the up-front competitive pricing and was very informative which contributed a lot to a hassle-free buying experience. He is very professional -- not once did I receive an unwanted e-mail (no "hey we haven't heard from you in a while") which was greatly appreciated. He is miles ahead of other internet managers from other dealerships.

I worked with Clayton in purchasing a new Honda Civic and he was wonderful to work with! I dealt with a few other salesmen who would call me 4-5 times a day and e-mail me every day. Clayton was patient with me while I made my decision and did not hound me like the others. He also gave me the best price around up front, so I was just wasting my time by shopping around! He was great to work with.
