I am always pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff especially Cliff my service writer. He goes out of his way to make sure that am pleased with my car before I leave and even days after my service.

The only service that has been required on my 2013 Elantra has been recall oriented and Cliff has gone above and beyond friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. He even fixed my hands free phone option himself, the last time I was there for a recall. I only have 4500 miles on my car so haven't required service except for a sticking driver door and that, along with recalls I have been notified about, was done quickly and positively. My husband owns a 2011 Sonata purchased here and my two daughters both have 2011 Hyundai Sonatas purchased elsewhere. Dealing with Hyundai is a pleasure from the phone operator, to the ability to arrange service appointments online. We are especially pleased with Cliff's way of making us feel like appreciated owners.

I'm new to Crown Hyundai, having bought a new Sonata in late January. I've dealt with Cliff Stoufer by phone and he took care of my warranty work in person. He kept me informed of the progress on a minor paint problem fix that meant leaving the car 3 nights, made arrangements for a free loner and generally made me feel that this Crown dealership has caring employees. Although there are 3 Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, I will feel very comfortable dealing with Cliff on the next and on future service visits.

In Feb the wife and I were out riding around and stopped in to see if the new Azera had arrived. I saw Steve Bednar ,whom i had bought a Genesis from before. As the Azera had not arrived yet we were talking about the 2012 Genesis and decided to take a ride in one.
The test drive exceded my expectations and we talked about buying one. Steve was the most helpful salesman that i have dealt with in a long time. As this is the 4th Genesis that i have owned 2 3.8 and 2 4.6 i know a excellent value. All questions i have about the car, Steve has gone out of his way to do everything possible to answer any questions. In my opinion it would be almost impossible to find a more helpful salesman. Also the same thing applies to Cliff in service as he also goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied.

First, let me start by saying that i have lived in this area for 35years and have purchased many cars in pinellas and pasco!!
My sales consultant, JB Khalil deserves all the credit for my decision to purchase my third hyundai through CROWN. My previous two where purchased in pasco....however all have been serviced at CROWN. Contacted JB first thru internet sales then some phone conversations.....always professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. The corporation of CROWN dealerships has truly found a treasure....almost unheard of in the car sales world!!!!
I also want to thank the sales manager, Tim Jamil for making the impossible....POSSIBLE...always handling the situation in a kind, professional manner.
From the operator who transferred my many calls during their transition to a new phone system to Danny in finance and Jodie in the business office, i encountered no one who was not pleasant and did not take the time to answer my many questions.
Cliff in service as been my service advisor for the better part of eight years and has never let me down.
the courtesy driver, Rick has always picked me up and brought me back on time and has quite an efficient system going with those sticky notes he uses to keep track of us all!
Soooo.....shop around but end up at CROWN...Hyundai,that is!!!!!

JB is the best....i am sure he will gladly tell you the story of how i first purchased a certified preowned base orange veloster and then turned around and traded for a leased silver base model with "style package" all within a week and a half!!!!!!!
