Hello, I’m Clyde Woodson Service Advisor here at Germain Honda of Dublin. Although I’m new to the Germain team, I’m not new to the automotive industry. Spending 14 years as a service advisor with a different brand when you get right down to it, it’s all the same. The makes and models might be different but how you treat your guest should never change if you are doing it right like we do it here at Germain Honda of Dublin. If you treat your guest like you expect to be treated you can’t go wrong.

When I’m not at the dealership I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football, basketball and lifting weights.

My Review of Germain Honda of Dublin:
Upon my arrival for scheduled oil change, I was promptly attended to and shown to the waiting area for cusromer. My service Adviser Clyde was friendly, courteous, and knowledeable. I was giving the opportunity to drink a refreshing beverage(for free). The owner came and engaged me in an intelligent conversation about Honda products which I felt was the icing on the cake for great customer service. I left Germain Honda with a great appreciation for their company as a whole.
