The staff at JM Toyota is extremely helpful and friendly. They don’t have any problems answering any questions and don’t talk down to you if you don’t know something about a vehicle. Least stressful car buying experience I have ever had This is my third car purchase at Joe Machens. On this visit I told them what I liked in a car and Cody Allison found the perfect one, exactly what I This is my third car purchase at Joe Machens. On this visit I told them what I liked in a car and Cody Allison found the perfect one, exactly what I wanted with just one test drive. He was open and honest and very efficient in answering all of my questions via phone and email before the purchase. There was no struggle getting to the price range I needed to be in, and they were able to meet all my "wants" in options that did not come with the car. In all it was just a very relaxed experience. The day we arrived to pick up the car everything was in order, and all we had to do was sign papers. They were great with my 8 year old son who tagged along, making him feel included. They also had a Free arcade and refreshments that could entertain kids while waiting. Great Idea!!! Cody is very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the car. He did a great job of showing me all of the functions and getting the apps downloaded that I needed. I hope he is still there when I buy my next car. He is exactly who I would request. Finance was great also, I believe his name was Mike ? I hope. He was very descriptive in our options and made it easy to understand what all was included with every option, and why some options were more important than others. Very honest and not pushy.
