Aaron Byler is probably the most honest car salesman. I have gotten my last 3 vehicles through Aaron and he truly goes to bat for his customers. Great experience in first time buyer It was my first time buying a car through any dealership and right as I entered I had someone greet me and take me straight to the car for a test driv It was my first time buying a car through any dealership and right as I entered I had someone greet me and take me straight to the car for a test drive. After, he went through the pricing and eveythinf needed to know about the car and financing. They were able to negotiate and I bought the car that day without any problems. Also, the finance guy was able to help me get my first loan through a bank which is difficult. Defiantly recommend going through Kistler & their group ! More

Best all around Dealership/Service Department I know I bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford Flex two years ago from Kistler Ford and I have been completely satisfied with the whole experience. I have taken my car there for service three times before (slow tire leak, oil change and scheduled maintenance) and I am always very pleased with their service department. Today I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and again I received exceptional service. The service department is polite, professional and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Finding a truck after looking for weeks I looked at dealers for weeks before I found the beautiful truck they sold me at Kistler Ford. I did a search in this area and literally looked at a minimum of 50 dealers looking for a good deal on a truck. I feel like not only did I find a great truck at a great price, but I had an awesome Salesman in Nick M. I had some extras added to the truck, (Tonneau cover) and exterior and interior protection. They got me in in a very timely fashion, and handled all in one trip, and very friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the Dealership, Sales department, and Service Department. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle stop and see Nick. More
