I had a bad experience with trying to buy a car. . We drove 2 hrs to Sacramento specifically because they had the best deal on Rav4 Prime. The physical location is great - they have nice amenities while you wait for financing/paperwork. Our salesperson, C had the best deal on Rav4 Prime. The physical location is great - they have nice amenities while you wait for financing/paperwork. Our salesperson, Colette, went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful for her help. On top of a great deal, she agreed to take our 1995 Corolla for a small trade in even though the appraiser/auction guy didn't want to deal with it. Only issue is the dealership did not give us our charging cord that comes with the vehicle and now we have to wait for it to be mailed. If I could go 4.5 stars, I would, not sure that deserves a full star deduction. Thanks for the help Maita and a special thank you to Colette. More
