My Review Of Mazda of Roswell:
I own two Hondas, but bring my vehicles to Mazda of Roswell because of Corey McAtee. He's always clear, fair and makes sure I understand what's going on with my car. As often as he can, he offers me service options that can save me a little money, but is always clear about the difference in those options and how they could impact future performance of my vehicle.
A lot of my friends think I'm crazy for taking my car to a dealer for service, but it makes all the sense in the world when you KNOW you can trust them and you know they aren't going to take advantage of you.
About two months ago I took my wife's car to another service center (had a coupon...) and they told me I needed new break pads and that they could do it right away. Of course I was skeptical, but I got a quote. We were planning on taking a trip a few weeks later, so we took the car to Corey right away to let him look it over. He showed me that the car did NOT need new pads immediately and explained that we'd be fine to make our trip and take care of the new pads at the next service. Sure, it only delayed the pads about 5,000 miles, but if you add that up over years of driving, that's big bucks!
This dealership, and Corey in particular, really understand the idea of customer service and how important it is to repeat business. When the quality of my car is in question, I'm taking it to Corey. And I'm pretty sure my next car is going to be a Mazda!
I'm not sure what kind of trouble they have to go to in order to provide such great service, but Corey and the rest of the team make it seem like it's really easy and just second nature.
