When my car came in last week, I went to St. Charles to pick it up. The gentlemen I worked with( Gene Woods, Zachary Smith And Craig Falkenthal) were an absolute pleasure to buy a car from. Their price was fair, they were patient in explaining everything and reviewed the functions of my car thoroughly. It was completely a great experience. I will definitely be back!!! More

I will never shop here again! I attempted to buy a new GLA from Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Worst buying experience ever. This is my second attempt at buying a car from them. Fir I attempted to buy a new GLA from Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Worst buying experience ever. This is my second attempt at buying a car from them. First time was a couple years ago and I couldn't even get a salesperson to acknowledge me. That time I went to Motorwerks in Hoffman Estates and we drove away in a car in less than an hour. In our most recent visit, we were once again treated like our business didn't matter. We were treated rudely and without regard. We left there, proceeded to MW of Barrington and bought a car there without the drama. I absolutely recommend that you stay away from this dealership. There are plenty other places to shop where the staff will treat you as a valued customer. Even though this dealership is just a couple miles from my house, I won't even stop there for an oil change. More

Craig and Graham did an amazing job locating exactly what I wanted from another state and We had a vehicle in mind with certain colors and features. Craig and Graham did an amazing job locating exactly what I wanted from another state and worked a three way car trade to get this vehicle to St. Charles. I am so pleased with the car and the service we received. Taylor sat with me for some time and went over all the wonderful things the car can do. Buyer beware! I purchased a car from this dealer that I thought was CPO inspected. I am convinced it was not and recently found other complaints very similar. I spoke to two managers but neither would fix a defect that was discovered within the first 25 miles. Before you buy CPO Google this article: "when your certified-pre-owned-car-defective". I wish I had read this first. More
